  1. are there really any of those around that could drop to 25 or later? before that no thank you
  2. from what I saw Z Smith backed out of the Ravens offer when he saw the offers that Von Miller and Chandler got no way we can match those or should IMO
  3. https://currently.att.yahoo.com/sports/juju-smith-schuster-deal-worth-002104198.html JuJu Smith-Schuster deal is worth far less than reported Mike Florio Sat, March 19, 2022, 7:21 PM Some contracts get exaggerated this time of year. Then there’s the contract signed by new Chiefs receiver JuJu Smith Schuster. It was spoon fed both to ESPN and NFL Media as a one-year, $10.75 million deal. The truth is lower than that. A lot lower. The deal has a base value of only $3.25 million, per a source with knowledge of the deal. Of that amount, only $2.49 million is fully guaranteed at signing. He gets a signing bonus of $1.455 million and a fully-guaranteed base salary of $1.035 million. The rest of the base package comes from a workout bonus ($250,000) and per-game roster bonuses ($30,000 per game, or up to $510,000). The deal includes $7.5 million in incentives, at least $2 million of which hinge on the Chiefs at least getting to the AFC Championship. We’ll post the full details of the incentive package when we have them. For now, here’s the truth. The reports of $10.75 million on a one-year deal are the opposite of truth, with the fluff representing more than twice the true base amount of the deal.
  4. I was just reading an article that says Baker was ready to sit out and if so I guess they thought they'd ( browns) just cut their loses
  5. Star? JFC! he's gotta be almost 33 comical
  6. I guess thats the 25 mil question/ $21.25 seems a bargain but 28 not so much. He's due 21.8 this next year and certainly shows no decline, has gotten in no trouble nor has a history of injury problems. hard to argue with 25
  7. I seriously dont see Watson as a major upgrade or an upgrade at all for that matter and I believe he still has legal issues a head of him.
  8. lets not forget it has already been speculated that his contract extension was going to be roughly $21.25M annually over four-years, per PFN. I personally don't se how the numbers back then are THAT much different than what the new #'s might be. Hill aint Adams and if he wants that much trade his ass. certainly worth a #1 & 3 pick at least
  9. Eagles Rumors: Fletcher Cox Making Progress on 1-Year, $14M Contract with Philly
  10. just was going to post that but I wonder would a Beasley and Laundry/OBJ signing for about the same as Robinson be better?
  11. for what it's worth https://atozsports.com/kansas-city/kansas-city-kc-chiefs-justin-reid-tyrann-mathieu/?fbclid=IwAR0-hgLWypKfgFmT5D6zMVDfrAynQDgHD9XD4bl5imppkZmDrlqPhVHon2c
  12. Maybe the 3rd round comp pick?. If he doesn't like to tackle now he's not even a gunner on ST until he does figure out what he's doing.
  13. there are some bonus in that contract. I hope he earns them
  14. a 30th pick for a guy that grades out??? jeeeesh. he doesn't like to tackle? https://www.nfl.com/prospects/tariq-woolen/3200574f-4f71-3124-55f0-e6f0816e959a Prospect Grade 6.00 Traits Or Talent To Be Above-Average Backup
  15. come on he is just a shell of what he was two years ago. His play had slipped. I am sure his leadership will be missed but other can fill that void. I dont hate him like I do Ben and Dan but he's not worth making what the Chiefs can afford.
  16. agreed it drove me mad watching the Molasses Gerbil "tackling"
