    no but there is undoubtedly some voices in his ear since the Redskins and now Indians have caved. Seems every couple of years there is some move to cancel the Chop or some stupid shit. To Clark's credit he says all the right things and meets with some natives to ty and smooth out the on coming troubles.     find where it has changed.. I couldn't really find any revised #'s, to assume just because average attendance is 13K really is not an answer
