  1. Kadarius Toney tumbles to bottom of Chiefs' unofficial depth chart The Kansas City Chiefs may decide to move on from veteran wide receiver Kadarius Toney after their three-game preseason schedule. On the team's unofficial depth chart, which was released on Tuesday, Toney currently sits in a fourth-string role behind free-agent addition Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown, and under returning veterans Skyy Moore and Mecole Hardman. Training camp standouts Justyn Ross and Nikko Remigio would also be set to overtake Toney for a spot on the Chiefs' 53-man roster,
  2. Second-year wide receiver Nikko Remigio has gained a cult following during the Kansas City Chiefs' training camp in St. Joseph and will get a chance to put his talents on display this weekend when the defending champions face the Jacksonville Jaguars in preseason action. Though Remigio isn't the most physically dominant pass-catcher, his ability to find open space against defenders and come down with difficult catches would make him a natural fit in Andy Reid's offense this season. The Fresno State product has been making his case for a spot on Kansas City's 53-man roster. While Remigio's performance at training camp has been superb, his future with the Chiefs is anything but certain heading into Kansas City's first preseason exhibition. If he can translate his success on the practice field into a stellar performance against Jacksonville on Saturday, Remigio may be able to overtake Skyy Morre or Justyn Ross on the Chiefs' unofficial depth chart.
  3. steelers last I heard are in big time talks with the 9rs for whats his name. I'd wager JJ will hang tight to see if KT & Moore pan out. I'm not a big fan but he does know the play book only need one year and with the Pats already owing him $7M would come in for cheap
  4. Andy says #1s are playing the first qtr & 2s the 2nd. From what little I have heard FAU is still a big ? but certainly not a starter and Kingsley handles him fairly easily I have bad feeling about that kid. I'd like to see Worthy pull a Tyreek on a DB Our running game be solid with Steele playing and LZR be solid on STs. first 2 O plays will be a run and then a TD bomb to Worthy then Pat sits
  5. I'm glad many of these guys have lasted long enough to see the new glory years..must do their hearts good.
  6. Gruden could end up as a "consultant" but nothing more..maybe an OC IF Nagy got his 2nd chance somewhere.
  7. could be cap hit pre June 1 cut is $10M next year
  8. During comments to the media on Monday, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid addressed a question about the presence of former Las Vegas Raiders skipper Jon Gruden at Kansas City's practice sessions over the past few days. "He loves football," Reid explained of Gruden. "He and I go way back 30 years, so we've known each other for a long time. So it's good to get him up here. He's always had good input on things. He's very smart. He's a great football coach." Reid and Gruden worked together as coordinators for the Green Bay Packers in the 1990s, well before they became head coaches in the NFL. Gruden found plenty of success in his career, winning a Super Bowl title as head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and making his mark in two stints with the Raiders. " enjoy having him around," Reid said of his old teammate. "[He brings] great energy."
  9. I heard that the other day. I've had that shit over the years and it's no laughing matter but nothing an insole and some foot compression socks wont keep at bay after it heals
  10. "But now it appears his days may with the Chiefs may be done before they even begin" Timmy needs to proof read his crap
  11. CJ ( groin), Bolton favoring right arm & KT hurt 😕

  15. in the world of 4 preseason games I used #4 as my prediction gauge but yea anymore it's just watching football for the sake of watching football
  16. dont poke the bear but it appears that the Raiders have taken the Schottenheimer strategy in reverse. It paid off for Marty will it pay off for the Raidirts??? Time will tell
  17. both left in the front seat of the cart so lets' not jump off the cliff yet. naaaaa go ahead
  18. meh. Jersey number retirement but they should be an extremely rare few. JMO but #3 and #18 are not up to par with the others nor#28, #33 or #36 for that matter. The Raiders and Steelers interestingly enough have 0 altho this IS a dated list ( 2016) https://www.espn.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/200349/nfl-teams-retired-jersey-numbers-for-every-franchise Kansas City Chiefs 1: Jan Stenerud 16: Len Dawson 18: Emmitt Thomas 28: Abner Haynes 33: Stone Johnson 36: Mack Lee Hill 58: Derrick Thomas 63: Willie Lanier 78: Bobby Bell 86: Buck Buchanan
  19. Joe Montana's kid barely made the ND squad and probably only because of his legacy.. Kid might end up being like the brother.
  20. $5M a year x's 5? less taxes, warmer weather, beaches. hotties running around in bikinis and iirc closer to "home"..it's not hard, his stats alone and future stats at this pace could get into the HOF with his 1 ring.
