  1. and players had to get 2nd jobs too. We got priced out of 40+ years of Season Tickets but I aint crying, when people cant afford to go to games they wont..or maybe they will because they are stupid I dont know but I for one dont think I'll ever see a game again in my life time but I aint crying about it either.
  2. Have to have a feeling Reid's ass has a chunk missing
  3. I'm sorry I'm not sold on "Locker Room " material for the Pro's Playoffs are at stake and if some dumbass saying dumbshit has to inspire a player(s) to play harder then that's F'd up. That being said Reid should STFU any player worth his salt should let his actions speak on the field. I still have this game as L #3 some teams just have that IT factor and against the Chiefs the Bungholes have IT until proven otherwise. I'm not sold on the Chiefs' HFA being all that important either
  4. IF I had ever said anything bad about Nagy.. I take it back
  5. and you are probably right but for some reason it came to mind and I think it was in relationship to TB12 taking pay cuts a couple of Mil here and there they may not make a stink but say if Patrick to get the 2nd coming of a Calvin Johnson or Randy Moss took a $5-10 mil a year pay cut. I think there'd be hell to pay but then your probably right.
  6. well first of all it's UNION National Football League Players Assoc. each team has an elected Union Rep. So these players "voluntarily" put themselves in the Union's hands or much like other Union places they can explore their options elsewhere.
  7. agreed. + my cousin who played for the Packers back then always said that even if you beat the Bears they beat you to death so I thought I might want to see what he was talking about.
  8. I have a soft spot for all the NFC North teams especially DA BEARS altho AArog is getting on my last nerve
  9. It has been my understanding and I could be wrong that the NFLPA has to ok a contract so a player can not give too much of a home town discount or playing for a ring/favorite childhood team discount. Yea I see where some of it is ego but they even know the last year or two is BS $$ that they'll not see. I'd just be curious to how much the Union is all part of this as well.
  10. least I too would have to say the Bills. They always have been an easy team to route for 2nd would be the Steelers. I like good blue collar teams. Most? Pats/Ravens but there have been times the Donks sure wiggled their way in there (Elway)
  11. oh thee of little faith so quick to give up on players. remember back when Kelce was throwing temper tantrums and people on here wanted him hung from his balls and then kicked off the team? In Andy I trust
  12. he's been in town for what 4 weeks maybe??Not sure the sky is falling talk with me next year about this same time.
  13. Kansas City Chiefs WR Mecole Hardman shared a positive update on his recovery from an abdominal ailment that saw him placed on injured reserve in mid-November. On Monday, Hardman shared an update on Twitter, informing the public that he’s back in the weight room for training after dealing with an abdominal injury. “Damn it feels good to lift weights again,” he wrote, followed by a teardrop emoji.
  14. I will agree the Chiefs miss Hardiman's speed as they do Toney's now but this Edwards signing in no means to my eyes shows that he is meant to take their spot even temporarily. He's a big boy at 6'2' and 212 with 4.5 40 he certainly is not going to blow any doors off but certainly offers a big target.
  15. The Chiefs released both C Austin Reiter and RB Wayne Gallman from the practice squad on Tuesday. Reiter, of course, started 38 games for Kansas City from 2018-2020 and was the team’s starting center in both Super Bowl LIV and Super Bowl LV. Reiter was the only true center that the team had on both the 53-man roster and practice squad outside of starting center Creed Humphrey.
  16. I'm not so sure about that altho the Phins V Bolts game does not seem all THAT compelling. I dont get TNF or MNF so I wonder how many Natl TV Games have the Phins played? I almost think it's more of a move to see the Phins than any thing else. Just my first guy feeling this morning.
  17. same argument could be made for Cheetah and altho it did not work out badly the Chiefs still where not going to pay up.. I easily could see a Franchise/trade scenario
  18. someone should invite them here, back in the good ol days we used to have several opposing fans drop in when we played for some good ol trash talk.. always good natured tho and often had them at our Festevi
  19. wonder what that'd be??/Seem's that contract the Packers gave to that one DB has really raised the bar
  20. cant say I disagree with them https://currently.att.yahoo.com/sports/broncos-fans-want-nfl-flex-100008985.html Broncos fans want the NFL to flex team out of ‘Sunday Night Football’ Jon Heath Tue, November 29, 2022 at 4:00 AM The Denver Broncos are currently scheduled to host the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football in Week 14. SNF contests are nationally televised on NBC, and Broncos fans don’t want to see the struggling team embarrassed in the national spotlight. DNVR’s Andrew Mason asked fans in a poll on Sunday if they want the game to remain on SNF, and 89% of Denver fans said they hope the game is flexed to the Sunday afternoon timeslot. Neutral fans probably feel the same way. “Can’t imagine there’s an NFL fan out there, KC and Denver included, that doesn’t want [the game flexed],” Frank Schwab of Yahoo! Sports tweeted.
  21. fumblities I would assume..does he return punts? I hope not
