  1. I feel we lose this game if Chase doesn't have that meltdown which pretty much screwed them as far as field position, they were moving the ball pretty well on that drive. Feel bad for the rookie who bailed us out on the 4th & 16 play at the end, he really looked like he did not want to go back to the Locker Room.
  2. i say you investigate all options regarding Chase, also have to assess the situation regarding Burrow. Is his wrist healed or will it be an issue for the remainder of his career. if you don't have an elite QB then why do you need an Elite WR.
  3. more fines NFL fines Chiefs, TE Peyton Hendershot for Week 1 sideline shove of Ravens' Roquan Smith The Kansas City Chiefs and tight end Peyton Hendershot have been fined by the NFL for a sideline shove that upset Baltimore Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith during the Week 1 game between the two teams. The Chiefs were docked $100,000 and Hendershot $5,472 for a play in the fourth quarter of the Chiefs' 27-20 victory. As quarterback Patrick Mahomes was out of bounds on the Chiefs' sideline after running for a first down, Smith shoved him to the ground — a play that did not draw a penalty for a late hit. As Smith was walking back toward the field defending his actions, Hendershot, who was inactive, shoved Smith from behind, leading to an exchange of words between players and Smith pointing at Hendershot. Smith brought up Hendershot's sideline shove after the game when speaking to reporters. "Oh, [Mahomes] flopped. Yeah, he flopped," Smith said. "That’s why the referees didn’t call it. It was a great no-call by the ref. But whoever 88 is, I don't know who he is, but he better watch himself. He did a little slick push. Whoever No. 88 is, I have no idea who he is, but I’ll see him when I see him.” According to NFL.com, the league sent all teams a memo in early August reminding them that "non-player personnel (e.g., coaches, trainers, equipment staff, security personnel) and non-participant players (e.g., inactive players, practice squad players) from making unnecessary physical contact with, or taunting or directing abusive, threatening, or insulting language or gestures at opponents, Game Officials, or representatives of the League" is prohibited. The memo also noted that teams are responsible for the conduct of everyone on their sideline during games. Last season, Philadelphia Eagles head of security "Big" Dom DiSandro was ejected from a Week 13 game after initiating a sideline altercation with San Francisco 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw. That prompted the NFL to suspend "Big Dom" for the team's remaining five regular-season games before he was allowed to return for Philadelphia's wild-card round game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
  4. A Message from Hollywood Brown to Chiefs Kingdom
  5. i think he should spend some time thinking about his future, Quality of Life and his family. For his sake i hope his support strongly suggests he call it a career. The Hit was not that bad but it is his third or fourth in two years and it won't get better moving forward.
  6. watching morning shows today, most said it sounds like the bungles are trying to convince themselves that they are on equal ground right now
  7. hell, give it to Perinne and let him have a career day against his old team!
  8. What is all this trash I am reading about Kyle van Noy bitching about the chiefs medical staff not helping him quickly enough. Doesn’t the visiting team bring their own medical support on the road?
  9. add in that they let Joe Mixon go in FA...so do they have a running game?
  10. He may have been going fast but this whole thing was unnecessary. every one of those so called Police Officers should be fired. How quickly they escalated the situation was wrong and then they tried to rationalize it by telling Tyreek that they are people of color too as if to justify their actions because they are not white.
  11. maybe we should give them a SB ring as well, it will be the closest they will ever get to one anyway
  12. i think they are already preparing for life after travis by drafting jared wiley and extending Noah Gray. are either of these guys as good as travis? maybe not but time will tell.
  13. Not sure why you feel that way, he isn’t even 30 yet
  14. yep, Baltimore went away from the Run Game Again, this loss is on Lamar (his ego) & Harbaugh (using almost all of your TO's early in the 2nd half)
