  1. Kansas City Chiefs @Chiefs We have signed Tamba Hali to a one-day contract. The six-time Pro Bowler will officially retire as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs
  2. https://chiefswire.usatoday.com/lists/kansas-city-chiefs-updated-2021-depth-chart-projection-90-man-offseason-roster-draft-picks-udfas/?fbclid=IwAR2U4vFGHxKaiDC66JdGW8cSoPNQDvuUrBcAUgB7CeEZK0rKhlsubxyM1Hw
  3. I thought i read that they are expanding the ability to swap out prime time games for more than just the Sunday night games. is this correct?
  4. As a reminder, here are the Chiefs’ opponents for 2021: Home: Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, Las Vegas Raiders, Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers Away: Broncos, Chargers, Raiders, Bengals, Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens, Tennessee Titans and Washington Football Team I am thinking Browns, Ravens, One of the Charger games (Prob LA one)...maybe Buffalo
  5. i guess at the time i read your post i went down another path reading in between lines etc. guess you caught me off guard and i went into karen mode. sorry bil
  6. i understand your concern in all of this and know you are way more experienced than i am so there is no reason to be condescending . i will simply refer you to Xen's post below
  7. I am certain that he has received the best information regarding his condition before he ever pursued an NFL Career. More Certain that the Chiefs Medical will have his best interests in mind before he ever steps on the practice field
  8. Not the black color but they do show a Red color
  9. Why do all these Networks and Sites have to put out some kind of grade on these Drafts, it always appears that they grade based on the Name of the player drafted and not what skill he may bring to a team down the road. Funniest one i saw had David Carr at NFLN give the chiefs a B for their draft but he gave the raiduhs an A+, the Chargers an A and the Bronco's B+
  10. I saw on NFL Network that he signed with Jacksonville
  11. i am reading your words and hearing Mel Kiper's voice saying them....so disturbing
  12. Noah Grey By Lance Zierlein NFL Analyst Draft Projection Rounds 5-6 Overview Gray understands leverage and how to create some tilt in coverage but doesn't have play speed or separation burst to do enough with it. While he's not going to have the size or strength to block defenders when firing off the ball, he has enough athleticism and grit to offer some assistance as a move blocker from the slot or wing position. He has late-round potential and could find a team fit as a TE3/4.
  13. I get that part of it, but then GB goes and does what they do best and draft a CB in the first round, and they cannot understand why Rodgers does not want anything to do with that team any more...
  14. i don't think a trade happens...by drafting yet another defensive player they basically told rodgers we don't give a damn what you want because we control you for the next three years.....but i would have loved to see Rodgers v Patrick twice a year
  15. Denver must have been counting on getting rodgers, other than that i have no explanation for how they or the raiduhs drafted
  16. pro football out of focus?? Really, figured you would at least quote Jason LaCanfora because we all know he hates everything about the chiefs
  17. yeah ross tucker knows what he is talking about. The Chiefs should just give up on the next season because there is no way that Andy and his Staff can come up with enough running plays to make Brown look good in KC. matter of fact i doubt they are working on anything as i type this because it is the off season anyway, sad that this is the best you came up with Hands
  18. you cannot blame the GM for injuries and opt outs...
  19. It took a few days, but now the haters are coming out saying the chiefs that there is no way they can afford Brown long term and he will be a one year rental. Guess they have not been paying attention to veach the last year or two
  20. Report: Andy Reid says door isn't shut on Eric Fisher, Mitchell Schwartz returning to Chiefs ByDEAN STRAKA Apr 19, 12:17 PM 0 x One of the biggest questions for the Kansas City Chiefs this offseason has been the team's offensive line following the franchise's decision to release both tackles Eric Fisher and Mitchell Schwartz as the result of the salary cap. But now it doesn't appear so definitive that Kansas City has officially moved on from the two, as head coach Andy Reid told reporters Monday that the door is still open for Fisher and Schwartz to return if the right circumstances prevail. “You run into these cap situations,” Reid said, according to the The Athletic's Nate Taylor. “Some of these things had to be done. They go out as champs. The door always remains open.” After a disastrous 2012 season that saw them go 2-14, the Chiefs had the top overall draft pick in 2013 and used it on Fisher, coming out of Central Michigan. Fisher remained a constant of the Chiefs’ offensive line throughout his career but suffered a massive injury in this past season's playoffs. A torn Achilles in the AFC Championship game held Fisher out of Kansas City's Super Bowl loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in February, which proved to be a massive hit in the contest. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was sacked three times for a loss of 27 yards and pressured into throwing two interceptions in the 31-9 loss. The cut of Fisher also came as a bit of a shock, considering the optimism that general manager Brett Veach had before the announcement was made. Already, Fisher also penned what appeared to be none other than farewell message to the Chiefs after being released. “Mentally, I’m leaving with my head held high, beat up but not down for the count,” Fisher wrote earlier in the year. “Physically, I’m leaving with my head held high, beat up but not down for the count. Spiritually, I wouldn’t praise God enough for blessing my life in ways that I couldn’t have wrapped my brain around in a million years. Unfortunately, I knew this time would come at some point. Sooner than I would have chose, but another opportunity to beat the odds. All good things must come to an end. Thank you Kansas City.” As for Schwartz, who joined the Chiefs in 2016, he played in just six games this year until being lost for the rest of the season. That included the Super Bowl in which his absence, as well as the absence of fellow offensive tackle Fisher, had a massive impact on the Chiefs coming up 22 points shy of repeating their Super Bowl victory from the previous season. Schwartz announced in late February he’d be undergoing back surgery to repair the injury and he said he felt good following the procedure.
