    I think the DL, much like the OL, has improved over the last half of the season. I also think our youngsters in the secondary are maturing. The question is, can they keep it rolling. But that's always the question leading into the post-season, isn't it?

    Meh... in this day of NIL what he did was nothing. Took a couple recruits out for burgers... but lied about it. Jim Tressel lost his job for less, but that was a long time ago.

    OBJ has most definitely earned his pay this second half of the season. He's proven himself, and the rest of the OL has seemed to improve somewhat as well. If he wants to demand top dollar, he had BETTER have an amazing post-season. That's where those dollars are earned.

    This is exactly what the phrase "A for effort" was designed for. For game-changing potential though, I'd have to say C is right up there.

    Never said he was on Mahomes' level. He's a great QB that has no offensive live. If he survives the rebuild, he will be a top 5 QB.

    Couldn't agree more. He has been solid... but that's about as far as I'd go. He hasn't been spectacular. And with Mahomes throwing to you, it's kinda hard NOT to be spectacular.

    Does Balt run the same base defense? Are their roles similar? If so how do Bolton's stats compare to Smith? Lots of underlying factors to consider here.
