I tend to agree... just curious where have you been seeing him in mocks? I know Wilson and several other receivers have been consistently rated above him. It boils down to how many teams are looking for WRs early. My guess is we might be surprised how far he slips because everyone looks for QB, CB, DE, and LT early and often.

WR is not as 'big' a need as DE CB or S, but all that depends on who's on the board at the time. BPA is still a factor whether we like it or not. Personally, I'd love to see Chris Olave available in the 3rd rd. Garrett Wilson is getting all the hype, and deservedly so, but Olave will be under everyone's radar. He's a solid possession receiver and YAC guy that Patrick could turn into an immediate all-pro. JMBO, of course.

Analyzing our issues this season.... I'm pretty sure this is an important issue that must be addressed:

Agreed... you can't pin this on our secondary. This loss is 100% on Andy and Patrick. Andy screwed up a perfect opportunity at the goal line before the half. Then he screwed around at the goal line with 30 secs in the game. I have no idea what happened to Patrick in that second half. No idea. 1st half he was scrambling outside, taking the open ground and giving his receivers opportunities to get open. We had 3 TDs to show for it. Second half he didn't seem to want to get outside containment, even when there was wide open real estate. No idea why... but that killed us.

When he got sacked and fumbled, both outside edges were open. It's when Patrick runs outside that the defense collapses and receivers get open. Twice in the first half, zero in the second.

The two times we had the ball inside the 5 yd line are just... I can't find the words to express my disbelief at the decision-making. We were lucky to get to OT, honestly. Patrick scrambling then fumbles? Game should have been over then. CEH could have punched it in FOR THE WIN. What. In. The. Actual. Fuck.
