He should have been gone after last season. His scheme is difficult, but very effective. All defenses rely on talent, but he relies on smart LBs and secondary. Disguised blitzes aren't easy to pull off... and they won the post season because of them. TBH that's why I'm a little concerned about losing Gay. It seems they have a ton of confidence in the Tranquilizer... he did pretty well when Gay was injured. But yeah, we're lucky teams seem to be hesitant on hiring him as HC... and I'm selfishly ok with that.

Normally I'd say Vegas. But this year the Chargers have the vaunted and highly esteemed jimmy H... therefore they'll continue being September AFCW champs. This year it's a bit more important to demolish the bolts and sap them of all hope.

Personally I'll be looking at Wanya... for obvious reasons. FAU will be a big one too. Also going to be good to have Omenihu and Cook healthy again, and I'd LOVE to see Hadden have him a camp. Lastly, I predict CEH will have a quietly productive season for us.

Fucking awesome. I'm sitting here enjoying this... after 55 years of being a loyal Chiefs fan... through thick and thin (almost all disappointingly thin) enduring all those awful years in the late 70's and 80's... then in the late 80's we bring in Marty... who proceeds to build a defensive monster... almost there but not quite. Then 4 years later we bring in one of the greatest QBs in NFL history.... make it all the way to the AFCCG only to lose a close one (Kimble dropping an easy TD at the end of the 1st half) then mediocrity again, then we bring in Dicky V... he builds an offensive juggernaut the likes of which we haven't seen in KC since Lenny the Cool, but with a defense that couldn't stop a girl scout troupe. Just disappointment after disappointment... And then THIS. I'm tellin' ya... I'm STILL watching replays of all our playoff games and SB wins... and it ain't getting old because there's so many of them to watch. I never thought I'd see the day. So thankful Clark brought in Andy.

With the worst offense in 10 years, and players (cough Toney) handing the game away, we still managed 11-6. Unless there's a serious injury to a key player, I'll take 12 wins out of 17. Easy.
