JSN chose not to run the 40 but he wrecked the rest of the drills... fastest times of all position groups at the combine in the three-cone and 20 yd shuttle.
He balled out in the catching drills and even bailed out a few QBs. He's supposed to run the 40 at OSU's pro day in 2 weeks and if he does well he won't be available at #31. I hope the kid falls within our grasp, but I'd be surprised if he did.

He could make an immediate impact because teams have to 1st deal with Jones. Teams wouldn't be able to double up on Mack as often... like they did when he was in LA.
Yep... it would be great to squeeze a 4th or maybe even a 3rd for him... to some needy team... he's still cheap... and young... wouldn't hurt anyone's cap. Lot of teams would think they got a steal getting a guy like him in the 3rd round.
He didn't disappoint me... but we kinda blew a good pick on him.
Go back and rewatch some of his games from last year and earlier this year... he's a damned good athlete... I hope Veach can shop him around. He's got another year... on the cheap. He's not a bad option esp if McK or Pacheco are out.

I know he's a good player... one of their best... but tagging a RB in today's NFL is so... RAIDERS.
I just watched some replays of last year... CEH is a good ballplayer. If he's not injured, and if it doesn't cost too much to keep him, that's what I'd prefer.
But he is an EXCELLENT back... Veach might be able to pry some draft picks out of someone in need of a multi-purpose back.
Hmmm. I mean I would agree... but why did they score so low overall as compared to other teams? There's got to be something to it. Or it could be most players didn't participate... meaning only the bellyachers voted.
