  1. Hardman is fast but he’s not all that quick. He had an easy first down but that stinking dancing smh
  2. We didn’t even sniff Tannehill. Clark needs to move inside. He’s not remotely fast enough to play outside. And with him out there our interior rush is none existent. I understand he wants to be a DE, but that’s were your DC has to make hard decisions. Something he doesn’t appear qualified to make…..considering Thornhill and Sorensen and Nieman being on the field.
  3. They ran that play earlier in the year. Pathetic our D has no clue.
  4. I wonder if we aren't waiting to use McKinnon later in the season. He has been somewhat injury prone and I wonder if the plan for him is a new wrinkle later on in the season. He has the burst and ability out of the backfield to be a scary weapon.
  5. We aren't the worse because of Thornhill, HB, Jones, Gay, and Sneed. We are the worst because of Sorensen, Nieman, Hitchens, Frank, and Spags. There is a difference.
  6. This last draft seem to change in philosophy. He drafted well imo. We got at least 3 starters and 2 of the 3 could be pro bowlers before their rookie deal is up...shoot Creed might be this year. Bolton leads all rookies in tackles. Gray is a contributor. Kaindoh is the big project. The only whiff was Powell who could eventually be a rotation 6-7th wr. He seemed to draft higherfloor players earlier and took his big swings later compared to other drafts were he swung and missed early on. Tagging Brown won't be cheap imo, it'll cost 20 million just to tag him. Hill can be extended and his money moved around. Cutting Frank, Hitchens and letting HB walk will save enough money to get those two things done. He has to get creative and find a 10 sack guy to pair with Jones as well as draft a 1st round DE. Time will tell if he can accomplish this.
  7. Jody is one of the few training camp gems that actually made an impact and I believe he was on his way to being a stud #2TE. Hate it for him but at least we saw a little of what he can do. He is young and will be back. Hope Gray steps up and does well. Would be nice to have 3 good TE's on the roster in 2022.
  8. I think you give him this offseason to rectify things. Frank Clark was averaging 10 sacks a year and brought a mentality. Its a horrible contract but who could have know. Anthony Hitchens was a JAG from the get go in Dallas and we sign him for 5/45m. Yikes. The problem he is going to have is how does he sign Brown, Hill and find a 10 plus sack guy to pair with Jones this offseason. The defense has some guys to build around. Jones, Gay, Bolton, Snead, Thornhill and then some guys that help fill in the gap like Wharton, Danna, Fenton, and Saunders. I think it will come down to HB or a DE and to me as much as I love the Badger it has to be a DE. He has worked magic before and he will again. Also COVID wasn't his fault and really screwed his plan. Mahomes contract and an ever increasing cap would have helped him address the defensive inefficiencies that we are seeing.
  9. This is a terrible start to the season for Mahomes and he still has the opportunity 6 games in to break records in 16 games………that’s how good his bad is. If this is what horrible looks like to him….we might not have seen really good for him yet! Scary thought!
  10. We are one game out of first. So while LA had a better record, NFL players know we are better than our record and he will get a better opportunity to shine here which could possibly net him a decent deal in the off-season if he can show something. LA’s front is loaded and it wouldn’t surprise me if they are doing this mainly to keep him from us.
  11. They say this every time we play and we always find a way to limit him. Not saying he can’t go off on us but I have a feeling we show out on Sunday and dominate. We are due for a dominant win.
  12. Hope you are man enough to come back here after we obliterate your team this weekend. We've lost because we've shot ourselves in the foot. Our O which is on an historic pace this year (even with all those ints, fumbles, miscues) will eventually clean it up. Your own hope is we commit 4 turnovers against you and even then your team will have to play lights out. If we don't commit those turnovers we will be up 21 before Andy calls off the dogs. An no stats don't speak for themselves. 3 of those int's are because the ball went right through our wr's hands. One he was tackled mid through. Only two have been bad decisions. Any Given Sunday is still possible but I don't think it'll happen.
  13. I still think 12-5 is doable. The Bills game was ugly but again we gave that game away like the other 2. I do think you have a point about the division because the Chargers schedule is a cake walk, however we can easily make a game up during the rematch and they still have Baltimore. I think a Wildcard is the most likely scenario. As bad as the D is we still haven't seen what the whole unit looks like together. Ward is an upgrade, Gay is a definite upgrade, getting Jones back and Clark healthy will only help. I'm not suggesting we become good but I think we get ourselves out of the historically bad category. The O will get this figured out and I think ultimately Mahomes wants to win more than make splash plays. They will get this figured out and reduce the turnovers and we will start smashing teams again. I mean we still have an historically good O with a new oline and having just finished up a brutal 5 game stretch. The O will start humming, teams won't be able to bank on our mistakes, and the D will make some strides and this team will be a nightmare down the stretch. I mean in December Josh Gordon will have had 6 weeks under his belt as well. Gonna be interesting to see how this team responds....but I'm still holding onto hope!
  14. I think Thornhill starts. Spags can say what he wants but if he trots Dan out there again he might very well lose the players. They all watch film, they all see the horrid play. Same with Gay. It was easier for Spags with Ben because Gay was injured but now that he is back I expect to see less snaps for both. If not we have a serious problem with coaching. I'm not saying I know more that those guys, because I don't, but leadership in general says you have to try something else if this isnt working and these guys are all professional so sit the glaring holes and see what happens. Shoot I would start Saunders on the dline over Reed and Nnadi at this point too.
  15. Where HB and Frank on the sidelines ripping into these guys? It’s why Frank needs to go and HB needs to be let go as well.
  16. The bills are 8-9 deep on the line in the pass rushing department. We have .5 of a pass rusher. Danna is a try hard, Frank is a has been, CJ is a wanna be, and Okafor is trash. We didn’t build with a purpose we brought back bandaids for a reunion tour. Don’t care if Spags wanted them (which I think he did), Veach can’t bring back that trash.
  17. He’s throwing them outside the pocket more often iirc.
  18. Two games the refs have gifted points to the opponent. I'll be honest this Bills team doesn't scare me that much still. We might not be great but if our team played half a game we could win by 14. Problem is we might not get one of those games this year.
  19. Not really. The refs gifted that TD and Mahomes tip pass gave them another 7.
  20. That entire drive was a gift by the refs. If we aren't killing ourselves the refs are piling it on. Same way as in the SD game. There is a glimmer of hope and then the refs bail the other team out by an atrocious call.
