Agree the D played relatively well. I think Spags is going to look back on this season and wished he would have dumped Gay early on at Dime backer, and live with the consequences. His decision to play Ben and keep playing him and use the excuse that he's the more cerebral player is like rolling Stephen Hawking out there and claiming because he knows where to be that means it helps the team more. We still don't utilize the backs in the passing game. Bell had an easy first down and Mahomes went deep to Tyreek. Which is fine but on 3rd down its do or die. Take the first down and then take your shot. Also Hardman runs terrible routes. He ran an out tonight that looked like a double move go. It was so rounded off and had he broke hard to the sideline its an easy reception. Mahomes was visibly frustrated with him. But we won the game and are 11-1 which is pretty awesome! I have a feeling that the Oline will get a shuffle when Wiz and Rankins get ready.....at least i hope.

Yep. I just worry that the refs screwed him out of an MVP tonight. Rodgers up 5 TDs with 4 left and they have a cake schedule. Obviously winning and SB's are more important but still hate to lose it because some Refs can't do their job.

I get that holding happens every play. But if your going to call holding on a double block where the guy is 5 yards away from the qb then it better be a play affecting penalty. Frank Clark spins and the LT literally bear hugs him. Now it didn't matter because we got the stop but still they didn't know that when the play was happening. It frustrating to me because that would have been another 400 and 3 game for Mahomes. The Tyreek Hill is another one.....it was a tough call but if you didn't see the ball touch the ground how can you call incomplete? We got away with playing down to our opponent again but maybe some of these glaring issues like Reiter, Wylie, and Niemann will get addressed. On to Miami!

This D is one DE away from being good. Gay will play next year which will elevate LB play light years. But I would draft DE and then 3 straight IOL.

We are going to have to invest in someone opposite him and live with it. He does and can play better with a legit guy opposite him. Its why we need to draft a stud DE and roll. He will never probably earn that contract if we get him help I believe we can get 9-10 per year along with great run d.

It take Ogbah at 2/15 over Clark this year. Still time for him to redeem himself but not looking like a great deal so far and yes I'm considering his playoff last year. Same way I remember and appreciate Sorensen but hope that dude is relegated to 4th-5th safety after this year.
