Lamar Jackson tested positive for COVID tonight. Will miss Sunday and next weeks game. Leaving the Steelers one fewer teams to actually challenge them this regular season. Makes this game vs the Bucs a must win for us if we want to clinch that bye week.

Ward allowed one yard and I thought played his best game in a long time. Breeland played lousy and Spags scheme/plan wasn't good. We let Waller eat us alive and we played soft coverage that allowed Carr to get rid of the ball quick when we did apply pressure ( and Seth Keysor said we did apply pressure but the coverage was so soft it gave Carr easy dump offs). I remember one personaly that Wharton was in his face and he chunked it towards the sideline which was an easy reception because there was no defender within 10 yards of the guy. Sneed will play more and I expect whoever is playing better will play down the stretch. Sorensen is best in that #3 S role, when he's asked to be #2 he gets abused. Nieman should never even see the field, I don't care if he's the Albert Einstein of Linebackers he looks just as lost as Gay out there and even if he does know what to do, he doesn't have the ability to turn that knowledge into anything beneficial. I also think Gronk isn't what he used to be. If we can pressure Brady we will destroy them.

I was definitely very skeptical of Hardman ever developing into a #2 wr, but these last couple of weeks he has shown more to his game and given me hope he can develop into a dangerous wr in the #2/#3 range. I still think we need a crisp route runner that can do work consistently over the middle, but we need Hardman to develop. Hill would be a good one to work out with.

I know his speed helps in the process but he has developed into a complete wr. I remember when people talked about his ineffectiveness in the red zone because of his size. He keeps getting better and better!

Gronk would be tearing the league up if he was Gronk of old. You know Brady would be feeding him the rock. I agree i like Sorensen better on gronk. At least they would be contested catches because Gronk wouldn't be running away from Sorensen. Stil they have tons of weapons. This game is depenedent on A. Mahomes playing like Thanos with the infinity gauntlet or B. We get consistent pressure on Brady and force him to look like 43 year old Brady. Either one we win, without either and we could easily lose.

San Fran's D was really good and he had to force some throws he might not ordinarily make but yeah the speed in which your brain has to be working is ridiculous for you to be reading the D, progressing through reads and then manipulating defenders to make passes. Wow, just wow!

I think he will age fine. He avoids contact really well. Obviously he has to avoid major injury though.

Fell through an attic access hole and my ribs broke the fall. Possible cracked one and bruise a few more. To this day I have tons of respect for anyone playing with broke, bruised, or cracked ribs.

I like that we are getting involved in the short game. His quickness is impossible to stop. I truly believe if we force fed him he could have 120-1800-20. I know that sounds insane but he has developed into a complete all pro caliber wr. He also used his quickness to avoid big hits.

If our Oline can hold up it doesn't matter about the D. It doesn't matter who we face.

For someone supposedly so intelligent, Niemann sure looks lost himself a lot on the field. Seriously watch him when he’s asked to blitz. He just runs into a lineman and gets stonewalled. He is so so bad it is inexcusable

I agree we need to invest in the position which will help Heck out a lot. My premise was just a guy many speak highly of hasn’t developed many o lineman here. Like others have said with our cap it becomes really important to develop guys.

I think even if you could get Sammy back on a cheap deal with the cap situation this year it is time to move on. We need a reliable guy moving forward. Maybe Hardman is that guy but one injury to Hill and Kelce and we are in a bind.

I don't think he sucks. He is a very patient runner and if our Oline doesn't block well, which happens frequently then he might get tackled in the back field. Where he is a stud is as a wr. He's better than CEH in that area. I'm glad he's on this team.

LDT is going to cost us 4 million next year and I think Rankins and Allegretti are both better players.
