I saw on twitter, Geoff saying yesterday wasn’t the olines fault, that they actually did ok. Geoff knows way more about football than I ever will but he is drunk with brother bias and his brother looks really bad this year as well. We gambled as LB, CB and Oline this offseason and 2 of the 3 positions is biting ya in the butt none more than the Oline. Even with avg tackle play if there was a pocket it would be ok, but there is no interior pocket. Maybe Rankins can get us a little boost.

This is true but 28 times? Would love to know the number is “clean” pockets that he could have stepped up into though. He did step up quite a few times and then had to pull a Houdini to not get sacked. Mahomes should own some of this but the Oline is by far and large the problem. Can’t get a push vs 3-4 man fronts? Weak sauce.

I know Larry Warford opted out but I’d be calling him today.

Schwartz is done too. Im betting Niang will man RT and we will trade Fisher. Draft at least two Oline man and sign another.

I knew we were probably going to lose a game or two this year. What stings about this other than its the Raiders is how we lost. Coupled with how poorly we played last week and our oline's inability to run or pass block and our lb corp inability to stop the run and we have some huge issues that seem unlikely to be completely fixed until the offseason. With Mahomes we always have a chance but for putting up 33 points we looked pretty terrible in all phases.

You have to be able to run the ball to keep them honest. We can't do that either. Gonna be along back half of the season if we can't start running on 3 and 4 man fronts.

I'm obviously upset but that long pass to Hill that Abrams tackled him on really hurt our momentum. But when you can't stop an avg/above avg. offense on 3rd and 18 then its gonna be hard to win the game. The D did give our O plenty of chances at the beginning of the 2nd half to take control. Our poor play finally caught up with us and Mahomes didn't have time to get us back. But again his almost pick 6 didn't help either. Oh well on to next game.

Um, this wasn't an Osemele issue. The entire line can run or pass block. 3 and 4 guys getting pressure every EVERY time Mahomes dropped back. That was a bad D too. And that doesn't even begin to explain why Nieman sees so much playing time and Sorensen is our Single High Safety on some plays. We aren't very good. The O has played well in spurts but hasn't been consistent in a while. Got a lot to fix and we have a super tough team next week. Buffalo can play D.

Ball game. We are pretenders. We won't sniff the SB if we play like we have vs the Pats and Raiders

We never pressured him. When we did he made mistakes.

Hate to say it but Mahomes is rattled.

Raiders have been mugging our wr's all day with no calls. Mahomes is getting pressured my 3. From a group with the least amount of sacks in the league.

5 lineman can't block 3. We gonna lose a couple morethis year.

I have all the faith in Mahomes but I think we lose. Don't trust our D or Oline.
