  1. Not sure what view you are talking about. McDuffie turns his head well before and is in perfect position. Sure they were being a little handsy but McDuffie isn't grabbing or pushing. It was perfectly played, Chase fell down and pulled McDuffie on him. Horrible call from just about every angle.
  2. This looks like our offense form last year. Stupid turnovers and then on the most important drive of the half down 6 we leave our rookie LT against their best defensive and really only game changing defender on back to back plays. The first one Mahomes got it off but we decided to do it again. Yikes this team wasn't ready to play. Putting our D in a tough position twice. Hopefully they can get it together after half. Would hate to lose to this team like this. .
  3. Thought the same thing kkuenn. Mahomes' mistakes the last two weeks puts our D in bad situations. He obviously redeemed himself with that dime TD but gotta eliminate those unforced errors.
  4. Lol, the Raiders just beat the Ravens. Need to take care of business today and go up two on them and the Bengals.
  5. Signing Juju has become a very important signing. I know he dropped that TD but he won't drop many of those and he already has Mahomes trust. Crazy two years ago he was the main option at wr and now he is the 3rd option. All we had last year was Rice and now we have Worthy and Juju to pair with him. We might not have the talent we had when we had Hill and Watkins now that Brown is likely down for most of the regular season we still have a more than competent offense to three peat.
  6. He is a pro. He runs good routes and catches the ball. He will be a big addition if he makes it. Look what we were dealing with last year. Guys had all year to build that "rhythm" and that didn't matter much at all because they couldn't catch or be relied on to run correct routes.
  7. Keep continuity across the board is important. Not every signing is a blue chip player. Agree we keep 3 every year and its smart having at least one young player under contract for the foreseeable future. There is a decent chance if we three-peat Travis might hang it up.
  8. I'm not so sure. Chargers won but they didn't look great. Oakland was in control before fumbling twice and then Pierce went full on panzy and punted it on 4th and 1 from their 45. Panthers are terrible for sure, but I don't think the Chargers are very good either.
  9. I'm already worried....what will we do? Is there any hope............?
  10. Crazy how good he is. He has literally had to learn how to win in every kind of circumstance. I'm curious if they moved it to top 15 because most of Mahomes D have been pretty brutal not just outside the top 10.
  11. Watching some NFL games this week (Yes I know its week one) and seeing all the bad qb play has me grateful for what we have. Sheesh some of these qb are not great. Glad a lot of them have gotten paid huge contracts because they are not even remotely close to our qb. Also, I forgot how that feels to have a qb that is good but not elite. They sprinkle in enough big plays among bad and avg that keep you hooked but you really don't have a chance at anything other than mediocrity.
  12. You mean Jackson. Henry had a paltry 3.5. Gonna be honest, not even worried about LJs yards. That was their entire O outside of Boltons bad pass d and whiff tackle that gave up a horrible TD. Other than that our d played pretty good. Their O required LJ to make magic over and over and over. Mahomes int added an extra series to the D before half. I believe if he doesn’t make that pick we run away with this game. Overall we got a great win vs a contender in the AFC and secured the tiebreaker while revealing some areas that still need attention. Pebalties stalling offensive drives again and failure to get off the field on 3rd and longs. And dropped passes. Kelce with an easy one, Perine and Juju with a little more challenging catches but both would have been huge positive plays. Things that can and will get fixed. Worthy is everything we hoped for and more. Rice is that guy! Can’t wait to get Brown back. Great way to start the season! 1-0! Let’s go!
  13. Dee Ford did us a favor of sorts can’t be him. We win that SB, Bob Sutton stays on for how many more years. Has to the kicker that shall not be named.
  14. Love DT but I choose Chris Jones. Without him we don't have at least two of the three recent SBs.
  15. Don't have some huge affinity for CEH but I'm glad the team is doing right by him. He seems to be a great locker room guy and that aspect of an organization is vastly underrated. I believe it shows the rest of the team the organization cares about its players as much as they can.
  16. Recency bias definitely helps Kelce, plus how it ended with Tony G. Tony G was a straight up baller. I'm picking Kelce though. Can Kelce catch Tony? Would need 3 more elite years 1,000 each and 32 total TD's to catch him. Probably would take him 4 years. I think we will get 2 and then maybe a 3rd at a reduced level of play if we are lucky. Would love to see him keep playing though to get it.
  17. Veach earning that check! Needed a DE, picked up a guy with potential and good size. Needed a blocking TE, traded for Hendershot. Needed a 3rd down back, picked up one of the best in Perine. Needed to solidify the back end of the we room, got Juju. Dude is on a roll
  18. Loved these three moves. Cam Thomas, Hendershot, and Juju. Veach doing some work!
  19. I don’t think the team loves the depth behind Justin Watson as that bigger bodied wr. I think this signing might be the end of the Justyn Ross experiment.
  20. Toub won't but we should. Our team should eliminate any crazy way a inferior team could get points or gain momentum.
  21. No way they are cutting Watson. No way they are cutting CEH or Jaylen or FAU. Doubt they are going to cut CEH when he's dealing with personal issues. He is a clubhouse favorite and Mahomes loves him on a personal level. I think they try and IR him with the mental issues he is dealing with. Doubtful on Nnadi getting cut. Niang is another matter. Agree we are a slightly better overall roster. I do think the slight step back on D will be offset by a big step forward on O. I could see the O returning to the O we say with Hill, Watkins and Kelce at best and at worst a better more potent version of the 2022 O. The D won't drop off much best cast and worst case will be better than 2019 SB winning D. I think we will be scouring the waiverwire for DT, DE, CB, RB, and interior Oline. Not saying we will sign all of those but I can definitely see us grabbing a DE, CB, and RB.
