  1. No one knows what he will do and everyone has a right to get paid accordingly. However if he has his eyes set on being the GOAT.....and he has a legit chance. Then I could see him working out a deal that would help the team keep talent around him. I won't judge him either way.
  2. Smart decision. Get insurance and a kid like that if he stays healthy will be a top 15 pick. He's a stud and I would have taken him over IOL which I think is the most important need we have outside of DB/LB. He's a beast!
  3. Cut LDT, Sorensen, Colquitt, Bell, Erving and Watkins. Resign Jones. Needs 2- DBs (1 Draft & 1 Vet) 2- LBS (1 Draft & 1 vet) OC (Draft) OG (FA older vet-1 year deal) RB (Draft) WR (Draft) Backup TE Resign Breeland, Claiborne or another prove it guy to allow our drafted guy a year to develop. 1. OC (Protecting Pat is priority) 2. DB (If Protecting Pat wasn't a priority he would be a 1st round need) 3. WR (Draft is too deep to pass up an opportunity and with Watkins and Robinson leaving....its a need) 4. LB (Should be higher on the list but it isn't) 5. RB (We are good at finding smaller school studs....so here's to finding lightning in a bottle again)
  4. Yep Veach's only really bad miss this offseason was restructuring him.....we haven't even used that money.
  5. Can you imagine our issue at CB if Ward regressed and Fenton didn't show any positives? I mean we still have an issue to fix there but at least we have an above avg outside corner and another one with upside. Credit to Ward for working his tail off and making himself a very very good db in the NFL. Hope he has lots more room to grow!
  6. Wow that didn't take long. I feel like Kitchens was his pendulum hire to try and control his coach and it back fired big time. I'm sure he didn't love having an all powerful coach like Andy but that hire had to be his downfall. https://sports.yahoo.com/browns-reportedly-fire-gm-john-dorsey-192809814.html
  7. What is the general time frame for an ACL these days? 6-9 months? or closer to one year?
  8. Did you see him first half? He dropped one pass and wasn't paying attention on another. We all know this but he has games like this were he is MIA. Hopefully he gets it out of his system before the playoffs.
  9. That kick return didn't help that TOP but yeah the D is tired.
  10. Expecting Sorensen, Neiman and Hitchens to stop talented RB's/TE's in space is an exercise in futility. Man we are gonna miss Thornhill!
  11. If he was in shape I wouldn't mind it. Dude understands the game....not sure his body could hold up even one game though. Would be nice way to end his career if he could contribute.
  12. I love the progress made on D and we can win it all with this D but boy do our LB's suck. If our DL or Safeties don't make a play the backs are getting 5-8 yards a carry.
  13. upgrading 2 of the 3 positions would go a long way. You can mask 1 weak IOL but its tough with 3
  14. Wouldn't mind seeing what Allegreti could do but yeah signing a stud G and drafting a center would fix the line in a hurry.
  15. We have 30 seconds there and 3 timeouts........thats a disappointing decision imo. You never know and that is more than enough time....
  16. The Honey Badger is balling out.......wow........great FA signing. I'm sure I questioned it at times early on but as the rest of the team has developed in this D....he has become a legit DPOY candidate.
  17. Why does Ekeler have 10 yards of open space every snap? He's possibly their biggest weapon along with Allen and we leave him wide open?
