Both solid picks. Neither are sexy picks but both will help this team and both could develop into great players for us. We go better and still have 3 more picks tomorrow. I’ll trust Veach.

I’m ok with the pick. It’s value for sure. We ain’t finding Aiden Hutchinson at 30 but he is very linear with not much bend. He isn’t all that great vs the run either. His upside is his age and ability to develop.

A bull that faced Big 10 OTs. I worry he is a younger Frank Clark that just runs into OT over and over again.

If Mafe, Jones, or Ebiketie fell to 50 that would awesome. Hard to imagine both falling that far you never know.

What did I tell you. Prototype Spags DE except he isn’t good vs the run and is stiff. Not a horrible spot for him but I would have preferred Ebiketie…..maybe they double dip. Good thing is he is young and could still develop. Fingers crossed

And playing next to Jordan Davis and this DEs. I think that whole line might flop hard in the pros.

Did all common sense leave the building when Brady did? Their off-season last year and then reaching for a OG this year? BB has some pretty terrible drafts.

DB was one of our top 3 needs. Most just didn’t expect Veach to draft one considering his history. I don’t love the pick but he is a good player and we need him.

Dang the GB packers have take a dump on Aaron Rodgers career. A LB and IDL in the first round. Sucks to be a packers fan.

At this point I wouldn’t mind trading back to add another 3rd. Still lots of good players valued the same for the next ~20 picks.

Spags isn’t approving Ojabo. I think Spags is a good coach but I would’ve been fine had he stepped into retirement this year instead of being involved in drafted guys for his system that are very specific and not very dynamic compared to todays standards.

What is everyone’s thoughts on Ebiketie at 30? Love it , hate it, meh?

If we avoid Dline at 30, Veach was spoke screening all the way back to his dline presser. We’d last years Oline fix to fool everyone.

I could see 29 and 94 and then a 7th or maybe a 2023 fifth but a 3rd and 4th seems steep. Like Mcduffie but seems like a panic overpay.

Huge need but definitely not the guy most of us wanted! What did we trade to move up? Could we move up again for Johnson? Maybe nab Moore at 50?
