Yep force them to drive down and score all hyped up. They get a score...no biggie. They don't.....that sets the precedent for them to press if we do. Always defer.

That was my thought reese. It's pretty cold outside and that is a long walk to the car and for some a long ride home. I wouldn't want to have any liquid showered on me let alone champagne. It was an incredible game but like you said its not the AFCCG nor the SB. We have risen above popping corks for anything less.

Not sure if anyone saw that Chiefs PTSD tweet a few days ago but it summed up the damage done by previous decades of Chiefs fandom. But we all can understand this guys pain........sadly to many times to count.

I think it’s the speed of the game that he hasn’t quite adjusted to. But maybe it’s Reid’s complicated scheme. 🤷‍♂️

The older we get the longer it takes to get in shape, return to form, get up to speed with the game. It’s worth a shot as a camp body. I think this fits in the L. Bell category. Past their prime players you hope have something left in the tank but rarely do.

I dog both of those guys being on the same field at the same time because both are physical linilties. Nieman is by far the worse of the two. Dan will occasionally make a play! They can’t be on the field at the same time and we would have been better in base.

Is your reasoning the miscommunication or his play on the field. It’s the playoffs. Everyone on the field has seen time this year. These are professionals and none of them are rookies. I think we already made the mistake of overpaying a field general whose skills are quickly deteriorating just so a bunch of professionals can get lined up right. Coaching staff needs ro do better or find different players.

No one will eat crow. They will complain about the OT rules. Most will double down that the best qb should have won, or something about Hill and Kelce. Nothing about Mahomes carving up that supposed #1 D while Josh Allen carved up a very avg D that doesn't generate a lot of pressure or a least pressure that hurries the qb. We just moved Allen around and got picked apart.

Minus that tackle of Hughes on the pass off that gave Gabriel that jump ball TD.

He still has a lot of juice left in the tank. Would love to sign him to a 2/16 million kind of deal. He actually generates consistent pressure. Jones needs two guys to do that. Ingram would give us one and its possible next year he is better because he is two years removed from that injury.

True but one of those should have been used on the last Allen TD. 17 or 23 seconds left. On the replay the secondary was confused and out of position. You have to call a TO there. They don't need a FG they need a TD. I know hind sight it gave us just enough time but they weren't on the 5 yard line either. It all worked out but dang we made some baffling mental gaffes this game. Thornhill allowing a wr to get behind him when a long sustained drive by the Bills works in our favor with a 9 point lead. The horrendous 3rd and 1 call. The two punt returners back but neither fielded the ball on the 16 cost us a possession. Spags not changing up anything (blitz or delayed blitz) when Allen was cutting through the secondary like a hot knife through butter.

You could make the argument we won that game because of Bolton and those first half stops that he was apart of. Dude is a beast and should be on the field 100% of the time unless he needs a breather. Give him the dot and get Niemann off the field. He is a robot and has no feel for the game. He also isn't physically able to impact the game even if he knows what is going on.

Andy Reid is an incredible coach but he makes it so hard on himself to win games. We should have had that game wrapped up going into the 4th. Thank goodness we got Mahomes!

I've been as critical as any on Hardman but that 100 yard game he had a few weeks back seemed like it flipped a switch. He has played stellar ever since! Great timing too! I did write about that so i already ate my crow.

Is it just me or does 90 percent seem awfully generous. I was thinking it should have been like 98-99%.

Ingram looks really good. Too bad he doesn't have a player opposite him that generates the same kind of pressure. Also Clark looked like he gave up on a few plays.

Mahomes just saved Spags job and Andy from doing what Andy is known for in big games.

Great win. Allen played against Swiss cheese and Mahomes actually had to play against a legit D. Mahomes still found a way to win. All the haters and doubters can suck it!
