    I think Priest is a little different in that even though he was 28, he only had 459 NFL carries at that age. Kareem has more than twice that. Also, as a personal observation, Priest seemed to care more about his body and the game of football than Kareem. I think it's a good pickup, but I have fairly low expectations and hope to be pleasantly surprised.

    Probably more like 40. But i'd say that's true. 4 out of the top 89 running backs last year were 29 or older.

    I was on the road for the Bengals and listening to Mitch. Sounds like there were times that he was getting abused at the line of scrimmage. That (and durability) was the most common concern. Maybe a learning curve and probably the downside that you are going to get that goes along with all of the upside. Seems like they will figure it out.

    I can definitely seed a scenario where we pick up Hunt and don't miss a beat and make it to the Super Bowl. And then the night before the game, Hunt and Rashee go downtown in New Orleans and start kicking people.

    The good news is we still control our own destiny. If we win the rest of our games we are sure to win the division and are assured of at least the 2 seed.

    But we are currently the #5 seed in the AFC I think. Maybe #6. The tie breakers are complicated when there is just one game. Might be a coin flip with the Patriots. Still time to catch the Chargers though.

    Chenal played really well. He has to get up at the end of the game though unless he is seriously seriously hurt. That was a big help to the no time put ravens. He balled though. And we need him to.

    I think anyone that was watching Thursday thinks that the ravens don't convert a 2 point conversion. We were gassed. The other game maybe not. We find ways to win. But I think it's also fair to say that we aren't kicking there ass so bad as to pretend that they are not a serious problem in spite of Lamar's shortcomings as a passer. The games are tough games that could go either way. Love you too btw

    If not for a zay flowers fumble and a guy with too long of toes they probably beat us twice in a row and win a super bowl

    That'd the whole point of what I'm saying and what you are seemingly arguing against. When we lose our quarterback we are likely going to have a rebuild. A la patriots broncos packers saints colts chargers and steelers. And during that rebuild we will focus on finding a quarterback and putting together a solid roster. We won't be spending huge money on free agents. Unless it's a qb.
