We are talking about how many people have done this in their career, not how many did it in a season. Manning, Montana those guys played A LOT more games.
Yeah, he needs another Super Bowl win to put himself in a different group. But there's precious few with more than 2 Super Bowl wins. 4 by my count. Gets a little fuzzy when you start talking about pre merger championships.
If he wins 4 more playoff games (which now seems likely unless health prevents), he will trail only Bill Belichick in playoff wins. If he makes the AFCCG this year, he will trail only Landry and Belichick and be tied with Shula. He's getting some pretty big time career coaching numbers.
I'm sure there will be some strokes caused by this, but I see some similarities between CEH and Priest sometimes. The Pitt TD was very Priest like. Very similar size.
Priest was an all time favorite Chief. But that line changed his career. Larry Johnson followed him up with 2 seasons that were arguably better than any Priest ever had. Then the line fell apart and so did the running game.
We get the same rest and prep time as the broncos. And an extra day heading into the playoffs compared to whoever our 1st round opponent is. Not sure how we are getting anything but help.
I've had season tickets for 11 years. To me it's worth it. But as OT said only you know your situation. I like the little community that you get as a season ticket holder that you don't get moving around the stadium. And the post season is a real benefit.
