Patriots became the 4th team since 1970 to finish a game with negative rushing yards in a game. The other 3 teams were all Detroit Lions teams. The only player with positive rushing yards was not even a running back. They average 24 yards a game the past 2 games and 68 YPG for the season. They lead the league in having their quarterback pressure and hit. And they are 1-3. 1. All of this makes me happy. 2. All of this means Yasir starting for them may not be indicative of his value.

To be fair, the Patriots OL has been really bad. Durant allowed 3 sacks in the first half of a game. So maybe he isn't as good as Wiley.

Here are my thoughts. And as you know, my thoughts are really smart. 1. Defensive pass interference is a spot foul. Which means it assumes that the offensive player makes the catch in the absence of interference. So it's a huge foul on a deep ball like that and I think that probably makes it more likely that they aren't going to call it. If it's 15 yards and a new down, you might get that call. 2. If defensive pass interference is a spot foul, then offensive pass interference should be a turnover at the spot of the foul.

I'm not as old as OT, but I'm old and grumpy. And I don't mind the no look passes. I do think Patrick has been uncharacteristically loose with the ball. That last interception was ugly and more concerning than the no look.

Yeah, I don't think he could have caught it either. I said that in my first post. But it probably wasn't the kind of "uncatchable" that's gonna save you from a PI call.

Yes, but they get the ball first and goal from the 2 and the game doesn't end on a defensive penalty.
