  1. Thats the tiebreaker for a division champion. Division record doesnt factor in a tiebreaker with the steelers. I think.
  2. Yes. Thats what he said and i said poorly. A saints loss matters not.
  3. No. They have to lose for us to get number 1 either way. And if they do it will be to an afc team. So another loss doesnt matter to us. It changes nothing. We need a steelers loss either way.
  4. Alex 4 for 5 for 34 yards. I don't miss those days.
  5. It's like my dad always said. You can't lose twice unless you lose once first. Except if you are playing two bingo cards or split 5s in blackjack or something weird like that. But for the purpose of this discussion, let's assume a Steelers loss is good for us.
  6. We had 450 yards of offense and 25 first downs. Our problem was that we were not efficient in the red zone and we were uncharacteristically poor on 3 downs. I don't think our problem was scheme necessarily.
  7. I dont mind the fun stuff. We have run the underhand pass a couple times with success. The 1950s play was cool. I just said it would be nice to have the ability to jam it up someones ass for a yard consistently. Thats not controversial.
  8. Agreed. But it is also nice to be able to covert a third and goal.from the 1 consistently without having to do a double reverse throw back to the quarterback.
  9. Steelers are in a bit of a struggle with RG3 and the Ravens.
  10. Possibly you got confused when you bolded every other word.
  11. Let's say we win out and win the Super Bowl. Depending on whether we get the bye or not, that potentially puts us on a 28-1 stretch with two Super Bowl wins. Not sure where that would rank historically, but it's gotta be up there.
  12. Maybe he wasn't at the time? He's two years younger. That's a big deal when you are that age playing tackle in the SEC.
  13. I will speak only for myself. I find it difficult to compare the guys. I know when one sucks and I know when one doesn't suck. But it's different to not suck against the Jets vs not sucking vs Suh. Or the Bosas. There is such a huge difference in matchup week to week that I don't think I really can say that one is better or worse than the other based on game day performances.
  14. I was talking offensively. Russell has the deep ball too. Lockett and metcalf are a handfull.
  15. With smith at quarterback i would say kelce. With mahomes hill. I think kelce us much easier to replace. Therea probably 5 in the game mahomes could make into all stars. Theres not 5 tyreeks.
  16. Difficult for me to see that team matching up with the Seahawks. And the Saints dick slapped them twice. I'd be pretty surprised if they make it out of the NFC, but anything can happen.
