Whether you see any resemblance or not, a 20 something behind the wheel of a Ferrari is more at risk than a 20 something in an LTD Crown Victoria. We know Patrick drinks. Young kids, alcohol, and fast cars can be bad.
I'm happy for Pat. Not thrilled that he now owns the fastest Ferrari ever built. Lots of bad things have happened to athletes in fast cars, boats and aircraft.
He's deserving for sure. He's got a couple things working against him.
1. The number of Chiefs already on the list.
2. He doesn't play a sexy position.
I think it's probably because he rarely lines up inside and does normal tight end shit. He blocks well in space but some people have an expectation that tight ends line up tight and become like a 2nd tackle. That's just not his game. But you're right, he's a willing blocker just not traditional.
Seems pretty likely that Andy finishes his career with the 4th most career wins. And based on the current coaches win totals it seems like he could hold that position for a long long time. Not sure who the most likely to catch him would be. Tomlin I guess. Sean Payton and Harbaugh also have an outside chance I guess.
