When you are being aggressive you also have to weigh risk vs reward. Going for the first down on our 10 yard line had high upside and if you don’t make it you still give us a 90 yard field. On the contrary the downside of the fake punt was to make it a 1 score game basically. He absolutely turtled when the numbers said go for it in our territory. The fact that it’s hindsight doesn’t mean it’s not a mistake. Frankly every coaching decision is a hindsight question. And every draft pick. And coaching hire. It doesn’t mean mistakes weren’t made in the decision process.

I live 4.5 hours from the stadium. With work and school on Monday mornings, sometimes it doesn't make sense to stay til the end of the game and add 2 hours to your travel depending on your situation. I left yesterday with the game clearly in hand with a little less than 5 minutes to go and got home around midnight. If I watched the last 5 minutes it literally might have been 2 AM.
