  1. There's a huge fan base which is very hard to sustain after a relocation. Just look at what the Chargers are going through. Hunt will definitely earn more money moving a franchise like the Chiefs but that new franchise will have a lower ceiling. Coming from a very rich background with passion for sports, I doubt Hunt will ever consider moving the Chiefs unless the Jackson county wants them gone, in which case f*** the Jackson county.
  2. I think it'll be very different with more international games. As they become more common the fan base will not get the same experience and loss of revenue here is way too critical to risk for the NFL.
  3. Even with an easy schedule Raiders have no business being tied with us for the first place. Basically anything that could go wrong has gone wrong this year but it needs to stop right away. Need to win and give ourselves a cushion in the division.
  4. I think so, OL lets a lot of contact in the backfield which is a huge problem and the RBs seem to carry the ball like a loaf of bread. Then Andy is Andy, he simply doesn't seem to like running
  5. If I understood correctly 17th game is to be played abroad so no home or away games will be disrupted. I don't really care about losing some preseason games, they are way too boring since starters don't even play most of the time but it also hurts the team as they don't get in shape by week one. Personally I don't mind about the final decision but I definitely hate playing any games on London terms as they start way too early.
  6. I would do that much more than once in a while. We need the I formation with Sherman out there. The line can't block to save their lives, need the extra power.
  7. It's definitely a mix of all. Just remember Larry Johnson behind that beast of a line, he averaged like 2.5 yards once he was left to play with a lame one.
  8. That's the part I don't understand. The only weapon your opponent has is a RB and you bench a guy who had a very good performance against the run in favor of a guy who's dead last in depth chart against the pass.
  9. Dislocating the knee is a freak injury that could happen to any player behind any line. The OL-based injury we had to deal with is Mahomes' ankle and the repeated blows to it .
  10. We only had Fisher out this year with an injury whereas we had 3 starters at OL miss time with injury. By comparison this is the healthy year. The massive downgrade at the OL is what got Mahomes injured in the first place and it started when our OL was entirely healthy this year. This offense is a lot worse than 2018 in pretty much every area. Having Watkins or Hill on the field wouldn't change that and we have just lost a game where everyone but Fisher was healthy on offense.
  11. This is nowhere near the same offense. We were averaging around 25 carries by RBs last year while dealing with similar injuries and unlike this year we were effective including the Williams duo at some point. Right now we are a single dimensional offense which we all know can easily be stopped when it matters. We are much worse at interior line and the rushing unit including the playcalls and it's definitely showing. There's no way last year's offense would make any of the games so close in the 4th looking at the situations we have been in this year. Reid has never been a run first guy, that's something we all know. However this year he seems to have been a "pass only" guy with some runs thrown in the mix which is a whole new thing for everyone. An interesting note is that we have been outscored in at least 2 quarters during all our losses. So it's clear that our offense can't always keep up. Some of those outscorings occured as 3-0, 6-3, 7-3, 8-0, 20-0, 13-3. So it's clear that this is not a top level offense.
  12. Having a good run game helps out the defense by simply taking out the need for depth. That's all Seattle has been doing this year. Overall this might be the worst defensive team they had in quite a while but doesn't show up to be so in the stats. Unfortunately we don't have a top level offense, if we did it would help out the defense a lot. We are the best team in one aspect while being one of the worst in the other. There's ability to score with Mahomes in town but as seen a few times we don't have the means to do what's necessary on offense from time to time. A top level offense wouldn't give up the game in our situation late in the 4th.
  13. Wow we fumble the ball way too much for a team running so little. Ball protection is the #1 job of a runner yet we seem to be very loose with it.
  14. A great example of how pathetic half of our offense was. 70 yards? What a joke. I thought it was a bit higher though, while still being pathetic.
  15. Coming from the RB group I expected that to be the case. That being said our RBs aren't as good as they were before so I'm not sure if the OC position (assuming he's really doing it) is leaving Bienemy enough time to work with the RBs.
  16. Yep, we abandoned the pointless "pass first run later" approach and went on the win streak. To be correct it was 1-5, we had one win earlier.
  17. Reid was ignoring the run even when he had Smith at QB with Charles in his prime at RB. Charles basically became a 4th quarter guy while leading the NFL in YPC. I don't think that changes at any time but definitely should.
  18. Looks like a useless journeyman that flashed some promise in Pats defense. I was expecting Jones to spend more time at DE with Ogbah out but looks like they will keep him at DT while adding a fourth guy to the mix.
  19. If only he were smart enough to be honest about it things would be different. That being said we somehow manage to regress at OL every year.
  20. Rather than laughing the rest of the NFL is just loving it. That's the blueprint to beat us now as Indy showed them. Just stop the pass and the rest is too lame to keep up. On defense we need to find guys that are willing to do the dirty work. We wasted too much resource over the years against the pass which has been useless for us for quite a while.
  21. This team sucks in all aspects of the run. We have only passed 100 yards rushing as a team only 3 times this whole season even though we have played most games with a lead and went as low as 19 yards against Indy. When you cannot run the ball to control the clock there's only so much a defense can do as they cannot come out big every single series. We had a solid defensive stop against the Titans that should have won us the game only to have the offense screw it up because they cannot punch in the 2 yards when needed.
