  1. Ravens have some solid potential but Harbaugh has to be able to manage the game properly. The critical part is actually teaching Lamar Jackson to play QB. He's taking too many hits for meaningless yards when running, that's going to get him killed soon. His accuracy was terrible but looking at his previous stats that looks to be just for this game.
  2. We need to be able to run early in the game as well and get some yards/points off of it. That will be critical later in the season. McCoy coming in so late is probably a factor but I think Reid will need to put some emphasis on the run game as well. Shouldn't be that hard since Mahomes can pin the secondary deep with a couple throws early on.
  3. All I can think about is Mahomes in a dome. Detroit is doing well but reminds me of Jacksonville game with better offense.
  4. My favorite would be Erving. Never expected him to hold his own against this defense but he did a pretty good job in both areas of the ball.
  5. To be fair keeping Mahomes and the Chiefs at 33 points is much more of a success than giving up 28 points to the Ravens offense.
  6. I think he could warrant something that averages similar to Okafor. Don't know if they'll want to keep him with Speaks coming back next year and Kpass showing a lot of flashes but definitely looked like a decent pick up so far.
  7. Now I really want to trade him. Get closer to the trade deadline and flip him for a 2nd or a solid player once Hill comes back. That being said I'm not so sure if paying Hill that much was a good move considering the alternatives we have at the position. Locking up guys like Robinson for 3-4 years at a much lower figure is always a better recipe for success.
  8. Makes you feel like the Pats but in a much stronger division.
  9. That was a very conservative call, could have gotten a throw to the end zone before a kick with an earlier timeout. Surprised Reid went this way.
  10. Not sure it looked away from him with the coverage already there. Could have been too risky.
  11. They put up the statue of a murderer and you are surprised with a few dirty hits?
  12. That idiot QB won't have much of a career. Not even sure if Harbaugh cares either.
  13. Sort of like RG3 in that regard. Probably more durable as he has shown some toughness but the front 7s in the NFL are much bigger and faster restricting his view and could really punish him badly. Wilson did the smart thing and used his mobility in the passing game, whereas RG3 (more accurate and stronger arm) kept running to the end of his career getting beat up quite roughly. If they can actually build a shorter but stronger line in front of Murray he could definitely have a longer career but right now he'll have some trouble getting the ball off fast when it matters. It's still an issue for Wilson here in Seattle.
  14. There are always exceptions but not many people fall under that category. Murray could be the next Wilson but I'm not really sold on him yet.
  15. Looks pretty good, definitely has a throwback feel to it.
  16. Titans have a solid OL with a strong RB group. The rest is very questionable but that's still a decent performance from the front 7.
  17. I think the size will catch up to him at some point. When things get serious QBs need to be ready to take snaps under center or sneak and even rarely block. Not sure if he can do any of them. If he was a bit bigger he would be a can't miss prospect but right now I'm not sure how long he'll last.
  18. I prefer red but still like the old style. Wouldn't mind some old school all red uniforms at some point.
  19. Fisher is decent but definitely not at the same level with Williams. Being 3 years younger is an advantage but a chance at upgrading the position is still something to consider. That being said we don't know how much Williams has in the tank as his age will catch up with him. However I think he'll play at a higher level than Fisher over the next 4-5 years. I don't think the problem is interchangeable with the CB need. We have to address both but priorities might shift around. With Claiborne joining the team much sooner than Fisher (assuming Fisher comes back as soon as expected) we simply need to upgrade the position just like any other.
  20. A healthy Fisher with 2 years on his deal could bring in a 2nd towards the trade deadline once he's healed. Definitely wouldn't want to have another Albert/Fisher situation at our hands but Williams at LT with Schwartz on the right side is very intruding.
  21. Not his true self but the jacked up version was pretty decent back in 2013.
  22. I hope he keeps it up, there's no news about a new LT coming to town so we don't really have an option.
  23. Can't really afford a Luck-type career. If they like Erving then we won't have a problem but if not this is a situation worthy of giving up a pick.
  24. If we had an option like Stephenson around I wouldn't mind but an unlucky hit on Mahomes could be our season. Wouldn't mind giving up a 3rd or something for an upcoming young swing tackle.
  25. Wouldn't mind the upgrade, Fisher would bring in a decent pick as well. Mahomes' blind side is probably the most important piece on the team for the foreseeable future.
