  1. Don't they try to limit the groups (such as coaches, non-players, player groups)?
  2. Definitely deserves it, one of the best offensive minds. Too bad he couldn't find that defense to carry us to the SB, that would have been an even more impressive resume.
  3. I think that makes sense. Play that extra game in a city with no NFL team. Never been a fan of international games but I think this one could have some merit.
  4. Chiefs should have done nothing but repeat the first drive all game long. Back to back runs at some point and the defense didn't know what to do. Passed with ease whenever we tried and took some nice chunk off the clock.
  5. Burrow is a good story for the NFL. They want to create a young challenger to Mahomes and they want to pile on the narrative of good young QBs, interestingly all in AFC. So I can see them favoring him at this point but if they try to rig the SB that would create a much worse backlash which hurts the league as soon as now. Just look at how many people watch a watered down pro bowl or the NBA.
  6. But wouldn't that mean the worse team losing out on the #1 pick. It definitely sounds more like a game worth watching but kind of beats the purpose of the draft order.
  7. Surprised that the game is still a thing. The selection used to mean something but the game itself could hurt that over time. Don't even know who won and don't even care
  8. I disagree completely. The goal should always be a SB win and that shouldn't change based on the venue or officiating. The window of opportunity is always very short in the NFL as a lot can be lost in an instant, need to take advantage of all chances whenever they arise.
  9. Starting the season at 33, I guess he'll go after some long-term guarantees instead of a 1-year options at this point.
  10. He has been doing a good job of coaching up the prospects but yeah the big money guys aren't really working well as a group.
  11. Hill is a beast and a great WR but I think Kelce is the indispensable one and the clock is ticking on him already. We may need to invest quite a bit rather soon to find a replacement we can groom.
  12. I felt like certain guys had some influence. Pederson seemed to be more active as opposed to both Nagy and EB. However I'm not certain about his involvement in the whole scheme of things, at least he did something after leaving.
  13. From what I understand Cullen is nothing but a DL coach for something like the last 2 decades. May be Daly is more versatile? Definitely don't want to switch to a 3-man front though, seems to limit available FAs, prospects quite a bit.
  14. He would be a project player like any WR. I wouldn't have any hopes for him for 2022, if he contributes that's fine but should get a veteran regardless. Can't waste another year or two talking about WRs learning whatever system this is.
  15. From what I understand he's a 3-4 guy coming in to work with a 4-3 DC, should be quite interesting.
  16. I thought Daly was the man. This sure is a surprise, may be another position?
  17. Not holding my breath. I doubt Kafka would leave if EB had a real chance, it's probably the RR.
  18. Handing the reigns over to a guy who couldn't land a job anywhere in the NFL for years 🤢 I hope that plan dies rather soon.
  19. Seems like a nice presence, #93 got my attention more but would definitely pull the trigger for #58 in 3rd or 4th. Not sure if he lasts though, seems quite athletic for that size.
  20. I see a bunch of nice stopgaps in the FA like Richardson and Linval Joseph but not sure about a realistic young target. We probably need a guy who's not yet good enough to get tagged but will get to that level in a couple years, I guess that's up to the scouts to figure out.
  21. The depth at DE in this draft is simply a good reason to add another guy later on but a solid DE that can set the edge and rush the passer is the #1 need at this point.
  22. Wanted to see him as our next OC as he was compared to Pederson but I guess he doesn't want to wait for EB to find a job any longer.
  23. I'm not high on Reed but if he'll sign a cheap deal I like him against the pass. However if we can afford a stud rookie DT I would definitely go that route. Reed is more of a stop gap IMO until Wharton or a youngster can take over.
