Gore's garbage yards in the last play definitely inflate the numbers but overall we have been successful when running the ball. Not sure why we give up on it so easily but it has been working like a charm.
I would love to keep him around but I think the loyalty to CEH will let Williams leave. Tough runner with solid hands out of the backfield will warrant some decent money in FA.
Robinson TD, Hardman with a long catch, Bell with multiple catches and Williams pounding it in with a billion defenders all over him. This sure has been a surprising offense so far in this half.
Not sure if anyone has a love affair with Clark. He's likely gone after this season and I doubt there will be any objections. HB has been relatively bad this season compared to his first 2 but still serviceable. Brown started up bad which isn't unlikely for a lineman switching to a whole new scheme. However he has been getting considerably better. I still wouldn't pay him the big bucks that he'll want as he's not as dominant but he has been playing much better than his paycheck.
You don't pay an all-pro and move him to another position. Brown started somewhat lame but has been decent lately, I think the current setup is good enough to keep everyone at their positions.
Could be. However I think he has shown more toughness and positive consistency than both Hardman and Robinson on the field. At least for this season I think he deserves to be the default #2 unless/until Gordon gets back to his pothead days.
Just imagine what this offense could do if we had an elite QB like Carr or Cousins. I guess we'll just have to accept to be stuck with Mahomes for the next decade and a half.
This regime has been great with UDFA RBs so I'm not surprised with any of them. Pringle has been great in small doses, don't know why they keep putting him down in the depth chart after such performances but IMO he's the most logical chioce for #2 WR this season.
