  1. It was nice to have him around for so long but no surprises with the move. Let's see who they bring in to replace him.
  2. A bye game rarely leads to a SB win, that's something to consider as well. It might be better to just get a good streak started with a relatively easier game to kick things off. This year's setup is entirely new so we won't know based on past experience but as you said it's possible to get the HFA without the bye.
  3. I wouldn't compare apples (Hank) vs oranges (Andy) as they are much different eras but Reid is definitely the best coach of my lifetime. Having the horse face at the helm of Broncos during this era is just the cherry on top.
  4. If it wasn't for that 1 February loss in between it would have been an incredible streak.
  5. Don't overlook the Raiders for whatever reason. They are always on the brink of making that great SB push in the media.
  6. Bengals could lose out on the playoffs if they lose the next two. We'll definitely be motivated to win, one week off to begin the playoffs is a huge advantage with the minor injuries but the possibility of missing out is still a stronger motivator.
  7. I think that has been extremely underappreciated over the last couple games. The OL is giving Mahomes a clean pocket and he's taking advantage of it instead of scrambling to survive.
  8. Can't be sure of anything with all the COVID situation. On paper I'm expecting a win but the Bengals sure will be motivated a lot more than we will be so it's not easy to predict.
  9. So is it something like a 1 game ban regardless of the negative test if the player isn't vaccinated? I would imagine they would be clearer about the whole thing after Rodgers' mess.
  10. Doesn't he get to play if he has 2 negative tests back to back or did they change that rule?
  11. Besides offensive playmakers it's all about name recognition. Creed > Brown & Sneed > Ward & Bolton > most of the NFL but can't really expect everyone to look into that in details.
  12. Could have been some insane stats. Green was a stud but playing with Mahomes adds up quite a chunk to any player's numbers.
  13. I would bring him for cheap, he's a decent CB whenever he's not holding. I'm pretty sure he'll become a star on any other AFC team, wouldn't hurt to avoid that.
  14. Could be a wasted pick. I have some serious doubts about Veach's staff and capability to pick skill positions. He seems to be reaching for all and besides the occasional decent game they seem to disappoint.
  15. So his idea of giving up on substances is switching to a pandemic. Don't really care much about him being available or not as much as I hope it doesn't spread around.
  16. Yep, no reason to think he would stick around even with a pay cut. Assuming he doesn't end up in jail he'll simply leave and enjoy the high guarantees. May be go for another shot in NFL before hitting 30.
  17. Ward is playing really well this year but I'm not sure if he showed the consistency for a big deal. I would look to offer him something in the range of a consistent 2nd-3rd tier CB money but paying him based on this year's output alone could hurt us badly down the line.
  18. Why not Brown Jr instead of OBJ. Got me really nervous about somehow acquiring Odell Beckham Jr. He has been improving quite nicely compared to the beginning of the season. Still not sure about the extension as he'll warrant a huge amount but definitely a guy to keep around for a modest deal.
  19. 27-10. Feeling generous enough to give them a TD as we'll definitely see some Nieman and Dirty Dan on the field.
  20. I think it's a matter of whether or not they are experimenting and adjusting. If this is what we have for the playoffs I think we are screwed on offense but if it's done deliberately to challenge the entire offense and try to cherry pick some things that work it'll eventually benefit us greatly.
  21. I'm fine watching this cr@p offense if it's some sort of a building block for the playoffs but there needs to be some light at the end of the tunnel. Otherwise this offense is basically a focus on whatever doesn't work. Why not go for a more conventional run game with less emphasis on the shotgun and see what this offense can do whenever the defense doesn't know what's coming?
  22. Can't understand the logic there but both Bolton and Gay are definitely studs in making. I think we'll have a great duo that just needs that 3rd guy come in to make LB a strength.
  23. 30 next year, so practically a rookie in Denver standards.
