  1. The TE has been ignored for way too long IMO. Another decent TE in the middle would do wonders for this offense and hopefully someone will come in this year.
  2. I'm expecting some moves for WR, likely a raw talent later in the draft and a decent possession receiver as the #2 to compliment Kelce. Pringle will end up as the #3 assuming he doesn't take over the #2 and Robinson leaves. I agree that Hardman will finish his rookie deal as the same guy, similar to DMC and then leave town.
  3. Too many "ifs" to trust him but I think he has been less bad than Hardman this year, still they both suck.
  4. Not really expecting anything from Watkins at this point, I just hope the duo of Robinson and Hardman don't screw us over in the playoff run.
  5. Referring to the time it takes at the end of the season. Right now just a month left.
  6. Atlanta is a bit tricky. They have Ryan under contract for 3 more seasons so if they want to go to a setup similar to Chiefs with Reid and Smith that could be a decent spot for EB to start. Otherwise there's always the chance to groom a young QB for the upcoming HC. However if they are impatient then EB will have an uphill battle with an old dog that likely won't learn new tricks. The worst thing going against EB is that teams have to wait a month or two before he can start so that's going to be a concern for some rebuilding teams.
  7. I think EB leaving this year helps us out the most assuming Kafka is up for grabs. If he stays another year there's a good chance that the teams will think something is wrong with him which could take away our chance for picks in the future.
  8. It's all up to the Browns IMO. We'll likely come out swinging and get a lead early on. If they stick to the run game this will be tough, but if they decide to play catch up in the air we should be relatively fine. Either way I think we win.
  9. NFL is turning more into college football and rookie QB deals help out a lot the franchise a lot. I think the number will only go higher as years go on.
  10. Hunt should hire someone to constantly tell Mahomes he lost. AP just screwed the rest of the NFL
  11. Not really excited about any of them but Bills vs Indy could be fun. Being the top dog basically kills 3 weeks during the season with the new playoff structure. I'm also rooting for the Browns against Pittsburgh just because they are likely missing too many guys and it would be fun to watch Big Ben lose to such a roster.
  12. If we can find the next Alex Mack for the OC then the entire IOL will get better by default. However a realistic approach is going after the best OC while upgrading the guys next to him. The best thing about our draft is that OC or OG aren't positions teams generally value enough to trade up so we could have some nice options in our hands with early picks.
  13. Yep, a single play could ruin the playoff push for any team, so we never know. On paper there's no easy team but all of them are underdogs against the Chiefs.
  14. Watson to New England could be interesting, BB needs a QB right now to stop his legacy being tied to "sidekick to Brady". Giving up a billion picks after getting so much over the years would be funny to see.
  15. Jags with Lawrence coming to town could be interesting. I think they would do better with Kafka with a run minded OC next to him. Surprised to see Houston out of the mix so far.
  16. I hope we keep the DB coaching in town, they have been doing a remarkable job. Sneed has been a stud from day one so he already had the talent coming in but definitely getting better every day.
  17. I don't like Mahomes leaving for a HC gig even with the 2 3rds attached to it
  18. It's not always the case. Some teams lose game tempo much quicker than others and really suck after bye weeks, especially in playoffs. It may not have been a bye week as a name but basically week 17 was a bye with most starters out.
  19. With Elway gone I wonder if Broncos bounce back to being competitive again 🤔
  20. Reminds me of the Ford days, trying really hard to find some upside. In 2 NFL seasons Hardman doesn't seem to be running any routes, still has stone hands, apparently can't get open, can't hold on to the ball, etc. Even with top 2 WRs out he seems to be the 3rd in line among the backups and doesn't even get looks in that setup. A 2nd round pick who seems to be the #5 guy on the depth chart after 2 seasons is a bust. If we needed a guy that will produce in year 3 or 4 (apparently) that's what UDFAs are for.
  21. I don't understand how it can take so long to learn routes. Hardman's only contributions seem to come from trick plays or out of the backfield but as a pure receiver he has been a bust IMO. Rather than the playbook or the routes I think his biggest issue is simply decision making. He has 4 fumbles in 2 season of football and doesn't even get enough touches/looks to warrant that many fumbles. His hands aren't that good either, in fact just a faster Robinson in that regard. On the other hand there's Pringle who seems to be much better than both Hardman and Robinson whenever he gets the chance. I was expecting Hardman to be our #2 by this year but right now I think he's #5 WR behind Robinson who simply has been less bad. I think Pringle replaces Watkins in 2021 and we would likely be better off getting rid of the other two in favor of some guys with upside.
  22. Even though old, Ryan can still win games with a decent offensive coach which should prolong EB's shelf life in Atlanta but the QBOTF is a must in the short term. If they wait too long he would simply be keeping the seat warm for the future HC. Regardless 2 3rds is all that I care about right now, 5 picks in the first 3 rounds should get us a decent OL makeover.
  23. I think Atlanta is a good spot. A franchise QB already in place and likely stays for a couple more years at least and there's some offensive talent. The new HC will have the opportunity to compete early on and will draft & groom the QBOTF. Not sure if the interview of a Rooney thing or not but I think EB could do well in Atlanta.
