Chiefs are the team to beat and will be so for the next decade for sure, so they have to go through us. However I think a few consistent playoff runs could be his primary goal to solidify his presence as a HC in which case AFC West will be the worst place to coach in. Haley is one of the best examples IMO that every HC candidate should study.

I'm glad Niemann can't play CB.

I think the Texans would be the ideal place for EB in the AFC. Solid franchise QB and a team willing to rebuild after the stupidest offseason in recent history. If they give him time I think EB can be successful there. Otherwise Chargers are an option but I don't see him going to a team where he would face Reid twice a year.

Not sure if "the best" but even if not it's pretty close. Curious about the cost though, might be the cheapest in the NFL with a whole bunch of late round rookies making huge impact. Dirty Dan is the second most expensive one in the group.

He might lose some jobs if they want a HC early on to shape the offseason but otherwise he'll likely land a gig. Due to the expected deep run to the playoffs I think a traditional GM with some flexibility that likes to make the final decisions could go for EB, simply getting his input while using that flexibility to wait on the SB.

One of the best RBs of the last decade with a lot left in the tank for street FA money. Perfect timing and signing.

Stronger teams facing us with the home field at stake definitely leads to tougher games and they do have the talent to keep it close. That's not surprising for me. However we should find ways to be more comfortable against lame teams that aren't really contenders for anything.

Not sure how severe but looked like he was done for the season. Hopefully he'll be back for the playoffs. Let's see if Bell can establish himself as the man during his absence.

Mahomes looks like a figure skater out there, moving around way too much trying to survive. If the OL can get to a decent level nobody can stop this offense. Hardman had a great TD catch and that toe drag was sweet but I think I'm done complaining about him not getting enough targets, the dude just can't get it done. At this point he's like Robinson, one occasional good play followed by a bunch of wasted targets. I hope he turns it around but not getting my hopes up. Nevertheless we beat a playoff contender on the road and could have been a much easier game if we didn't screw up late in the 4th but the last drive to kill the clock was really good.

If the Native Americans decide the name must go I don't see Hunt doing much about it. However it's more of a praise to them IMO. Not sure if the chop will survive as there's always some rant about that but the name should be fine for a while. There has been a lot of sensitivity about the name Indians due to "not calling them as such" and Redskins was an issue from the beginning. I think the focus should be to iterate the distance between Chiefs and the others.

Surprised to say this but that would be a dream come true at this point.

By far the stupidest thing in the NFL. They preach player safety and then go ahead to have players play 2 games within 5 day.

Pioli is great at contracts, might be the best I've seen in quite a while. However he has no business being the man in charge. Just pay him GM money to handle contracts like an assistant and that's it. That being said Lions getting Pioli would wouldn't surprise me. They love consistency more than anything else, even if it means sucking.
