  1. did you ever see that video that creep took of her in her hotel room naked? This would've been back in 2009. I did and it had so many viruses I had to wipe my computer completely with an all new motherboard lol
  2. More crow for me to eat. Let's hope these guys keep getting better. It would be tremendous if Saunders and Fenton could turn into gems:
  3. I was too because Joe Buck and Aikman were talking about how risky those plays were with a hobbled QB and then he got hurt like on the next play. It sucks because after the fact it looks like a stupid call, but as others have said Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and other great QBs do it all the time and haven't got hurt. But of course, Mahomes does.
  4. This draft class has looked pretty good so far, but the 2018 draft class was/is absolutely awful. I said in that post that Hardman and Thornhill have looked good here and there, but the jury is still out on the rest. Couple that with how bad last year's draft was and I think it's ok to be concerned or at least ask questions about it.
  5. I know there's going to be some quick reactions from people that the Chiefs should scramble and make some kind of big move at QB to try and save the season and that's fair. I get that fans want the Chiefs to win, I do too. The Chiefs will have to add a QB as Matt Moore is the only one on the roster and I'm not sure Chad Henne's IR designation allows for him to return this year. However, let's just take a step back for a moment and ask ourselves if we really want the Chiefs spending resources(money/draft picks) for a starting caliber QB better than Matt Moore. Here are the things to consider: 1) Teams will have all the leverage in a trade for even guys like Dalton, E. Manning or Mariota. Desperation would bring up the cost of those trades. 2) The cap hit the QB brings with them. Personally, if Mahomes is out for the season I say just stand pat and see what happens. Worst case scenario is we go 6-10/7-9 and are picking top 15 in the draft next year. I'm not sure Chris Jones will be extended. He's likely to be tagged and traded so if you add that compensation to a top 15 pick in each round, the Chiefs would be set up nicely with draft picks and cap space going into 2020. This sucks, but giving this Chiefs team a top 15 pick in each round next year would be scary for the teams in our division and the AFC.
  6. Well, this was the first time we've seen any kind of flash out of our draft picks on defense from this year or last so yeah, it's kinda funny.
  7. That didn't stop bad offenses in the past from moving the ball and scoring at will. The Broncos suck, but this was still a big step in the right direction for the Chiefs defense.
  8. here's some promising play out of Khalen Saunders. I hope I eat crow on this post in the weeks to come🤣
  9. I thought the same thing but for basically getting him for nothing Ward has been ok. Hopefully he continues to improve.
  10. he's playing https://twitter.com/BKDenverSports/status/1184537878669463552/photo/1
  11. We're only taking Ward, Claiborne and Fenton as our only CBs into the game. We need to just blitz 8 guys every down and hope for the best lol this is just ridiculous. The Chiefs need to do some roster work with the extra time off between now and the next game.
  12. List of injuries a little smaller but not having Fuller and possibly Breeland could really cause some problems. Man, I am really worried about this game. Andy Reid and the Chiefs need to flip the script and run a ball control offense to keep the defense off the field. If we continue to try and throw every down and not have any balance, we're gonna get killed by a 2-4 team that doesn't offer much punch on offense.
  13. If he can't get on the field and play for the league's worst defense, then why would anyone trade for him? I believe O'Daniel is working through a hamstring injury is why we haven't seen him.
  14. Same, he's an upgrade on what we have now. 1 year deal.
  15. We can't afford another $100M contract getting 0 production. Not that Jones hangs 0's, but they just can't have 2 $100M guys on a last ranked defense.
  16. True, but what NFL head coach wouldn't wanna coach Mahomes? For example if Tom Brady were to retire, can you imagine Clark Hunt's phone call to the Hoodie? "Hey Bill, wanna win 6 or 7 more Super Bowls?" lol
  17. It does go hand-in-hand but we can't realistically expect the offense to score every possession. We're not getting the luxury of playing against our defense like our opponents are, the defense has got to figure it out and get better. It's one thing to just have a bad to mediocre defense, but our defense has been embarrassingly bad since the 2017 season.
  18. I doubt they make any changes. They seem to just keep doing the same things over and over. They never put more than 7 in the box and the linebackers are 5 yards off the ball at the snap. I'd rather they stack the box and give up big plays and score within 3-4 plays instead of giving up 10+ play drives for 8 minutes a pop.
  19. Technically, this is true. However, NE has a track record of recovering and winning a championship, the Chiefs do not.
  20. Let's see how the year plays out, but if this gets really bad say going like 7-9 or worse, someone needs to go. Clark Hunt is going to be super pissed if we tank out and the defense just stays awful. C. Hunt has been saying this is a Super Bowl or bust season and if we bust, then heads might roll. Realistically, they probably wouldn't move on from Reid but Veach isn't out of the question.
