Diesch is tall and lean with short arms for an interior offensive lineman, let alone an offensive tackle, so defenders have some success getting into his frame and standing him up. That said, he has the quickness and balance to seal the edge and reach backside defensive tackles on zone runs. Diesch is smooth getting set, is capable of taking away the edge from speed rushers and mirrors well in pass protection. -- Steve Muench

We need a run stuffer LB. Let Bolton and Gay cover with their speed and ability to hit the holes as needed. This guy is not slow at 4.5 speed but man he has a quick hitting to the holes.

Man, we hit DE, LB, CB, WR and S. Still have those picks in the 4th, 5th and 7th rounds. Developmental RT, DT etc. We have improved in every area of need.
