I remember when we were saying the same thing about Brandon Carr and what we thought he was worth and if he was even worth that. He went to sign with Dallas for a big amount and played very well for years after.

Good idea but a lot of times it could depend on where the defender is, wind, environment etc. I do like it though. It could work against them if they expect it in a spot and go their naturally only to have to adjust to where it goes.

Also Clark is paid way to much. He needs to either take a cut or be released. I know, we need DEs but this may get us a better options in FA too.

And another DE, DT or LB etc. We could improve many areas by not resigning one of these guys imo. We can also look at FA for HB replacement or draft. This is where NE was best, letting go of older high priced FAs. HB fits this bill.

A down year for Mahomes is a career year for many other QBs. We have been spoiled and I think he along with the offense will adjust. My worry is the continued drops by our receivers that have killed drives and cost us points. Even if they have caught it, a few of them have had fumbles that stop drives.

I am fine with them too struggling now and adjusting. Thing is Denver showed some disguised 2 high sets that ended up being a single high set. The more stuff they see of this along with dealing 2 high sets, the better it will be for Mahomes to learn. Reid too for that matter as he should be running more with 2 high sets to set up play action and screens too. Hopefully Reid will adjust more as it goes along, hopefully.

Well you mentioned road and Bengals. We have done well in the road. For Thursday night games we have done very well winning We beat Buffalo last year away I'm 2020. Beat Denver in mile high, divisional game in 2019. Lost to Oakland in 2014 away. Beat Philly in 2013 at their house. At home games below. Beat chargers in 2018 at home. Also chargers at home 2017. Beat Oakland in 2016. Lost to Denver in 2015 at home. I mean what is your definition of traveling and playing well, whether you meant it together or not for just divisional opponent, on a short week. I went back to 2013 because that was Reids beginning here. Look Mahomes era and it is even better. We are 1-1 away on a short week against divisional opponents. 3-1 away overall. 3-1 against divisional opponents at home. So overall totals we are 6-3 on a short week. 1-1 away on opponents, and 4-2 overall against divisional opponents. I think we have fared well. Not like we have a total losing record since el Reid has been our coach and even better with Mahomes at QB. Then again I suppose it depends on how we far you go back.

Actually the have fared well on the road. It seems lately it was home that gave us trouble. Last 3 years we have only 3 road losses. That is 21-3. Home has been much more. This year we are 4-2 home and 3-2 road so far.

Ceh has had 2 turnovers. First 2 in fact in his pro game. One was costly yes but to think the other 19 or whatever turnovers were not costly is laughable. I would hold judgement on him until we see he can't produce when given an actual chance. So far his stats are good but very under utilized.

Stated back on October 24th, after after titans loss, when we were 3-4. I thought we could get 9 wins to go 12-5. I can see us getting wins against Raiders, Broncos. Even if we split in one of them it is 3 wins. We beat Giants. That is 4. I think we can beat chargers, in fact, 2 of our losses to Chargers and Ravens we gave away imo, but still losses none the less. So 4 wins there so far. 6 more games. Chargers we can make it 5 wins which I believe we win. You stated Pittsburgh as a win. 6 wins and even if we can't pull off another win against Dallas, GB or Cincy, we would have still have 9 wins possibly. I am just spit balling here. We could easily sweep LV and Denver which above I said 3 wins but make it 4 now. Cincy may have played its best ball and we can still take them etc.
