  1. Fucking frank needs to play and do so well. He is pretty much in his contract year and if this keeps up will be easily cut by us. Good riddance.
  2. Saw this too from espn Former All-Pro WR Josh Gordon, who is being reinstated, is planning to sign with the Kansas City Chiefs, sources tell ESPN. His agents, Eric Dounn and Matt Leist from @LAASportsEnt, confirmed Gordon is headed to Kansas City. Adam Schefter, ESPN Senior Writer3m ago
  3. My question, they called PI on us when it was 4th and 9. The play right after they were going to kick a fg, but then decided to go for it and had a false start. Did anyone ever see the replay of it? I really wanted to see what and who it was etc. Thst play right there led them to go ahead and keep the ball for the final score.
  4. Yeah, ran back and loss 4 yards. I was like wtf?
  5. Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid taken to hospital after Sunday's loss, source says 3:46 PM MT Adam TeicherESPN Staff Writer KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid left Arrowhead Stadium in an ambulance following Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers, according to a source. Reid, 63, stayed on the sideline until the end of the Chiefs' 30-24 loss and returned to the locker room afterward. A source close to Reid told ESPN's Jeff Darlington that the coach was in good spirits when he departed for precautionary observation after he felt ill. A Chiefs source told Darlington that Reid is expected to be fine -- and there was very little alarm about the coach's status within the organization. Reid addressed the team as he normally would after the game, and at least one player, running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, said he was unaware there was anything out of the ordinary. But Reid felt ill and departed for a local hospital for examination, a source said. He didn't address the media as he would normally after a game, leaving that job for assistant head coach Dave Toub. Reid left in the ambulance less than an hour after the game ended. Safety Tyrann Mathieu tweeted about Reid after the game, saying, "I'm praying for my Head Coach & I'm hoping you can send up prayers with me!! One of the best men & teachers I've been around!!! GOD please show us your mercy!"
  6. Yeah, you're right, but still ain't 3rd week opponent
  7. I am drinking too after this game lol just not that much.
  8. Next week we play Philly. Don't even play GB this year.
  9. Thoughts? I know his past, but man if he kept clean he could be very good for us. NFL reinstating Josh Gordon; WR could play in Week 4, sources say 12:50 PM MT ESPN The NFL has informed wide receiver Josh Gordon that he is being reinstated, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Friday, with the former All-Pro expected to be eligible to play as early as Week 4. Gordon was suspended indefinitely in December 2019 for violations of the league's policies on substance abuse and performance-enhancing substances. That was Gordon's sixth suspension since the 2013 season and his fifth for some form of substance abuse, according to ESPN Stats & Information. He submitted his reinstatement letter to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell in July, and sources told Schefter last week that the NFL Players Association gave its recommendation for his reinstatement. EDITOR'S PICKS Sources: NFLPA backs Gordon to be reinstated 10d 'Justin has given me hope for the rest of my life': Pats lineman Justin Herron's heroic act 12hRyan Hockensmith "We are grateful that the NFL appreciates the work that Josh put in and now he has earned another opportunity to be part of this league," Gordon's agent, Zac Hiller, told Schefter. "We are proud of Josh, and I know all the fans can't wait to see him on Sundays." Gordon, 30, had been conditionally reinstated by the NFL in December and was set to practice with the Seattle Seahawks in the final two weeks of the 2020 regular season before his reinstatement was rescinded in January. Sources told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler at the time that Gordon had experienced a setback in his recovery from substance abuse. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, when asked Friday if Seattle has interest in bringing Gordon back for a third time, said he doesn't have enough information on the reinstatement to comment, but that he believes Gordon deserves another chance to play in the NFL. Carroll said he has always "thought a lot" of Gordon. Gordon's last NFL snap was with the Seahawks in December 2019. He is vaccinated against COVID-19 and is said to be ready to play. Earlier this year, Gordon played for the Zappers of the Fan Controlled Football league with former Cleveland Browns teammate Johnny Manziel. Selected by the Browns in the 2012 supplemental draft, Gordon has appeared in more than six games only once since the 2013 season, when he led the NFL with 1,646 receiving yards.
  10. If they are actually out. Clark is just gunning to be released at this rate. 11. I was being facetious to a post in the NFL thread when he asked who is going to be injured next in his team.
  12. Thank God we don't go in panic mode and put Thornhill in there.
  13. Don't say this, hands will think you want him injured.
  14. And that line was horrible. Could not score from the 1 yard line, 3 sacks given up, 11 qb hits, 3 tackles for loss etc. Even with Quentin Nelson next to him. Risky to see him back so soon, but I like a non inured 25 year old next to Thuney than Fisher. The offense, other than #2 WR is set for now, but Hardman can still come on. Time for some defensive picks as we will be in every game with Mahomes and company. Glad we did the trade to protect him even more.
  15. I guess it all comes down to whether you would rather have Orlando Brown Jr. and Nick Bolton or Odafe Oweh, Eric Fisher and two more draft picks in 2022? Yet to be seen really but Fisher is still not playing. I really don't think we could have had a good tackle in our draft positions and Brown also is just 25? I think we did right and if Brown does not extend, we get a 3rd round pick back likely. Why I think we extend HB, cut Hitchens and Clark and go after a LB or DE and draft the other need then this year.
  16. Minus the fumble you would have lost. We can play the what if game all day.
  17. And like the O line, will only get better as he learns this defense. Need Gay in there and our LB will be much better. This loss stuns but we will be fine.
  18. Well I was actually curious. I keep hearing about the line and knew the RT, but go ahead and enjoy your time.
