  1. Hunter to the Pats. Love for us to go after Njoku then for a 2nd TE. Broncos exercised the final year for Von Miller's contract.
  2. What Veach has done with contracts last year, setting it up this year and signings is nothing but amazing. If he gets Willams people will cry foul. Just because it will make them almost unstoppable. A 2nd TE and #2 WR if it is not Hardman and we can just go off at will.
  3. We have been wanting a stud LG for years with Fisher but now he is gone. Going to help a lot if we draft a LT with him at LG. Unless they want him at C then no clue what we will do.
  4. Yeah KC is in on him. I bet it is quiet as teams are vying for him. Chiefs reportedly willing to up to 20 million to sign him per year. Also saw with Thuney signing and all the restructures we have around 29 million left. Plenty to sign him, extend HB and still go after othe players in need. Saw a tweet we are interested in one of the best slot corners Mike Hilton.
  5. Well per this we were eyeing Thuney and Williams. One down, one to go. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-free-agency-buzz-chiefs-eyeing-high-end-ol-options-top-two-corners-will-be-pricey-more-insider-notes/
  6. Well having those 2 and then drafting whatever after will be huge. Mahomes having time to throw and scan? Wow
  7. Corey Linsley ,C, closing in on a deal to Chargers in 4 year deal per ESPN
  8. What I read too. Both are in it I saw in a tweet I believe it was.
  9. I think so. Williams or Reiff if they can't get him. LB, DE or TE mid tier types too after frenzy is over. Could see even a trade?
  10. I can see him if it does not get done for Williams. I really think we also go after pass rusher or LB type too. I think we get the mid tier top guys after a LT.
  11. Time to get a LT or maybe one of our other spots of need. TE, LB or pass rusher.
  12. Maybe. As I said I will eat crow for it. I just don't see it. Maybe Thuney plays center? He has before. I think we draft one and do so either trading up in the 2nd or trading our first and slide back for more picks. I can see us going after LT now in FA and possibly a LB, TE or DE
  13. Well do we make another splash for the o line? Or go in wanting to draft the rest? Keep him at G or we use him at C? If Guard we still need a tackle for sure and C?
  14. Ty Hilton? https://www.nflanalysis.net/t-y-hilton-predicted-to-sign-with-the-kansas-city-chiefs/ NFL ANALYSIS NETWORK ANALYSIS OF ALL 32 TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE Search for: HOMEAFC WESTT.Y. Hilton predicted to sign with the Kansas City Chiefs T.Y. Hilton predicted to sign with the Kansas City Chiefs AS THEY LOOK TO REPLACE SAMMY WATKINS, COULD THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS TURN TO T.Y. HILTON? March 13, 2021 Brad Berreman NFL Analysis Network T.Y. Hilton has spent his first nine NFL seasons with the Indianapolis Colts. He’s also a free agent, and it feels like not much more than a coin flip’s chance the Colts will re-sign him. With his career closer to the end than the beginning, finding a team with a legit chance to win a Super Bowl is a sure priority. Sheil Kapadia of The Athletic has made some free agency predictions. He has predicted the Kansas City Chiefs to sign Hilton. The Chiefs have arguably the league’s best tight end in Travis Kelce, and one of the top wide receivers in the league in Tyreek Hill. But after that it gets pretty thin for proven weapons, even as the singular brilliance of Patrick Mahomes raises everyone’s floor. Urologist: 80% Of Men With E.D Don't Know About This Easy Fix (Try It Tonight) Health & Living Ads by Revcontent Find Out More > The Chiefs restructured Sammy Watkins’ contract last offseason to keep him around. Now a free agent himself, coming off another injury-riddled season, he seems sure to be gone. Mecole Hardman could step into a bigger role, but he’s got a lot to prove. Further down the depth chart is not especially exciting (Demarcus Robinson-who’s a free agent too, Byron Pringle). In 15 games last season, Hilton had 56 catches for 762 yards and five touchdowns. All of those numbers would have been third on the Chiefs, behind Kelce and Hill. The yardage especially so, with Hardman coming in at 560 yards for the third-best total on the team. When defenses were able to take away or minimize Kelce and Hill last season, the Chiefs’ offense was rendered mortal rather quickly. Spotrac has given Hilton a market value of $10.1 million a year. Actually getting that on the open market is another story. To say nothing of the three-year deal Spotrac also tabs for him. With a lower salary cap, and what’s still a deep class of free agent wide receivers, Hilton is the type of veteran who will get squeezed financially. That money squeeze could lead Hilton back to the Colts, if they want him back. Or, a team like the Chiefs that’s looking for a reliable veteran receiver could enter the mix. If Hilton wants to chase a ring, Kansas City is the No. 1 spot to do it.
  15. Saunders is a mystery. Chiefs know what they see but he looked to be coming along until his injury. Maybe we include him and go after another DT in the draft though. 🤔
  16. To much imo. They need cap space and the player is in his final year too. I rather keep Hardman if we could.
  17. Yes. And future caps will go up too. Great job by Veach and his signings last year to forecast this.
  18. Not publicly. What he is saying is we have options, easy ones to get under the cap and afford FA let alone signing our draft picks too. You could rework Chris Jones contract as another option to get even more money.
  19. If Niang is good at RT and say we get Williams, I think a stud center is what we need. Allegretti showed he could hold his own and we have many competing for RG. With great tackles in the outside and a stud in the middle, we can have average guards to do a good job.
  20. He may come cheaper. He may know that a chance to get his last 3 year contract with a great chance for a ring might be worth less. Maybe 15 to 16 million per year. If he signs with the Jets at 3 years 54 mil, 18 per season, then we will know it was all about money. We could throw some incentives in there too for making AFC championship, SB etc and amount played to keep him motivated to win and play.
