The gist of the resolution: • A team that loses a minority assistant coach who becomes a head coach or loses a personnel executive who becomes a general manager will receive third-round compensatory picks in each of the next two drafts. • A team that loses two minority staffers to head coach and general manager positions would receive three third-round picks.

    Nope. Vic will get another year. Elway will be going down with him so he can't let him go. If any changes, it will be the position coaches. They are young at QB and WR, so the excuse to wait and see will happen next year. If they don't get over. 500 I can see both being on the hot seat or gone then.

    Naa. They are playing good ball, but man they have played Seattle, their best win. Steelers were shown to be frauds. Miami today is a good win other than that they lost to Arizona and everyone else was some crap teams without winning records. I will take our rested team as the best in the NFL. Sure any given Sunday but when others are comparing their teams to us or how they can beat us......it says right there who they think is the best.
