  1. If Browns can claim Hunt we can claim this guy for 5 games. If he fits and he stays clean then so be it. Hell I would take Hunt back too right now.
  2. Brady sucked then too. If not for the off sides call it would have been his 3rd int was it? He did not have great numbers and the slide of his performance has continued this year too. Not counting him out but father time is knocking it seems.
  3. He is a fa after this year. He won't count against our cap unless we resign him.
  4. True and it ended up being a scoring drive too. Would have made a much easier game if we did it. Funny we had 4 INTs and still only won by a td. Thing is one lead to a TD by us. One was at the end of the game while the other 2 lead to nothing. The possible 5th would have taken off a TD by them. We really need to get more points with opportunities like this. The last one did seal the deal though.
  5. Agreed and I said that too. If i bring up a 2016 qb he will play it off for this year. I will though keep it in mind.
  6. https://chiefswire.usatoday.com/2019/11/20/kansas-city-chiefs-tuesday-workouts-defensive-ends-nate-orchard-terrence-fede/ The Kansas City Chiefs look to be doing some homework on players at the defensive end position. On Monday, the Chiefs officially placed defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah on injured reserve following surgery to repair a torn pectoral muscle. In a corresponding move, the team brought up WR Gehrig Dieter from the practice squad. It was a bit of a head-scratcher given how thin they were at the defensive end position. Now it appears they’re taking a look at some available players to see if they can’t reinforce the position. Last week Kansas City brought in a defensive end with ties to defensive line coach Brendan Dalyfor a workout. This week they brought in a pair of players, including a former member of the Chiefs. The team reported on the NFL transaction report for Tuesday workouts of defensive end’s Nate Orchard and Terrence Fede. Orchard, who most recently spent time with the Miami Dolphins, actually spent a month with the Chiefs in 2018. He appeared in just one game during his time with the Chiefs in Week 9 against the Cleveland Browns. He recorded just two snaps during the game, one on defense and one on special teams. During the preseason with the Dolphins this year, Orchard looked like their best pass-rusher. He accumulated seven total tackles and four sacks, however, Miami released him during final roster cuts likely as part of their plan to tank during the 2019 season. Fede entered the NFL as a seventh-round draft pick with the Dolphins in 2014. He was with the team through the 2017 season, playing out his entire rookie contract. In 2018 he spent the offseason with the Bills. During the 2019 offseason, Fede spent a month with the New York Giants. At 6-feet-4 and 260 pounds, teams clearly like his length and size. He just hasn’t had much production and staying power during his time in the league. Neither player has signed with the Kansas City yet, but that doesn’t mean they won’t at some point. Keep an eye out over the next few weeks to see if the front office decides to make any moves at the position.

  8. I have a broncos fan that believes since Moore had ratings over 100 that proves our offense is Gimmick and can run the same without Mahomes. I know it is ludicrous and I have pointed out many things like: Pts per game down with Moore. Passing yards per game, yards per game on offense, rating, TDs passed while Moore took 8 sacks over 2.5 games compared to Mahomes at 11 in all his games etc. I showed him ypg Moore averages, what he did then in those 2 games were well below our team average even when you factor in his 2 games too. I even asked why Murray and Jackson are not over 100 ratings for the year since they both run a gimmick type offense. He is standing firm his belief, which when I pointed out other back up QBs have gone over 100 ratings too like Bridgewater, he stated show me 2 games back to back over 100. Changing the goal post for sure. I stated the fact we have yet to be healthy on offense for a full game goes into consideration too of why our offense is averaging a TD less per game on ppg, but all he states is EXCUSES. Thing is he linked an article which I promptly used against him because it even said this in it. The thing that has been different is the health of key starters on the offense. Fisher, Hill and Mahomes were all healthy for most of last season — and there was an unnamed Pro Bowl running back who was also on the Chiefs roster when it got off to a nuclear start. The ghost of last year’s offense does rear its head every now and again — like in the games against the Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans — but unless the offense can stay completely healthy, there’s no reason to expect the team to put up last season’s numbers. https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2019/11/20/20973719/lets-argue-patrick-mahomes-is-turning-into-alex-smith Help me see how the hell he thinks because Moore had over 100 rating means our offense is gimmick? He does not think Mahomes would do as well without Reid and that if on another team he would not be as good etc. I am really looking for facts here to throw at him. OR make him see just how ludicrous that Moore getting a rating over 100 proves our offense is all gimmick. I really want to just make him admit he was wrong and the more ammo I have the better, but I do think he will be stubborn and not admit it too. Thoughts on what else I can say or use? This may be moved to another topic but it is chiefs related in a sense I need your good thoughts and points.
  9. not on par. He averages a fumble around every 50 or so carries. I put up a thread on this too but never looked at his fumble stats. 357 attempts with 7 fumbles. http://www.nfl.com/player/alexcollins/2555430/careerstats
  10. Alex Collins. Might be the type of rb we need and on par with Hunt in this offense. Especially having 2 rb going doen this week. https://chiefswire.usatoday.com/2019/11/20/kansas-city-chiefs-free-agent-rb-options-former-baltimore-ravens-rb-alex-collins/
  11. Again reid sitting on a lead. I would like to see a complete game in all phases.
  12. We had one great quarter offensively against the Raiders the first time we played them. Hopefully we can see a complete game from both sides of the ball this time and come out healthy.
  13. yes with 4 games to go and winning head to head twice. Pretty much they will be playing for their life. I hope we just crush them.
  14. 32 passes tonight and 27 runs. The play calling and missed passes plus penalties did us in on offnese tonight. We were pretty balanced though so hopefully Reid learns from it.
  15. Lb and a stud LG would be sweet. I think we should look at Hunt too. Give him a deal like Hill got that covers the team.
  16. defense until that last offensive drive, had only given up 49 yards in the 2nd half. We were way behind in all stats the first half like yards, top etc but ahead on the scoreboard. The defense tightened up when they needed to do so the first half. The 2nd half score should not have been if HB intercepts that gift of an int, which would have made 5 ints for the game too. When our offense had a terrible game, the defense did the job it needed to do. Even if Rivers was bad, the defense still had to make plays too.
  17. I said there should have been a helmet to helmet penalty on that play too.
