  1. 10 dolla make you holla with clean sheets. Can't beat that price.
  2. Yes and I would add CJ extended then use the money saved to extend Creed, Smith or Sneed, or some combo of them.
  3. What a lying pos. Saying he would take less for a chance at a ring and then goes and signs with a team far from the playoffs let alone the SB. I think he would have done well here, but iw we can go sign a good FA on the D line or for a guy cut at camp etc. Still think a good DT next to Jones would do wonders for us
  4. https://arrowheadaddict.com/posts/how-much-chris-jones-cost-kansas-city-chiefs-prediction Let's predict something like $28.5M per year for four years ($114M) with $76M guaranteed.
  5. Thinking 27 to 28 mil per year? This guy got 24 mil so anything less than 27 for me would be great.
  6. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/38006635/jets-star-dt-quinnen-williams-reach-96m-deal Williams signed for 4 years, 96 mil with 66 guaranteed. 24 per year. So Chiefs can beat that and make him the 2nd highest paid DT now.
  7. I finished this last night. Well worth it to see. I especially liked the playoff episodes.
  8. Never said you stated at any cost. I think drop would fill the role, I just don't want to overpay say 12 to 15 million price. JJ did not cost that much and we should get D Hop for the same range imo. He is getting paid from Arizona but to take a little less would get him a chance for a ring. He stated as much, so hopefully he does it.
  9. They spend money on Mahomes, less they have to spend on the Donks.
  10. Yes but the price has to be right. You don't want to cripple the cap for 80 catches, 860 yards and 5 tds either.
  11. It's a distraction he does not need. He should just blow it off and let his play speak for itself instead of worrying about some bs opinion at 3 am. Reid is not a fan of trash talk on social media between teams, I am sure he wouldn't be a fan of this. We will see if it continues but it won't be good during the season imo. Heal up, get a good night's rest etc.
  12. Gholston for a year or even Suh type while we evaluate Coburn and let him grow. Then go after one in FA or draft next year.
  13. https://www.on3.com/pro/news/espn-names-the-10-biggest-nfl-draft-steals-of-the-last-decade/ Subscribe login ESPN names the 10 biggest NFL Draft steals of the last decade Grant Grubbs•06/29/23 Photo by David Becker | Getty Images Is there anything better than an underdog story? Thanks to the NFL Draft, football is full of them. ESPN just released its 10 biggest draft steals of the past decade. Although the list does not include a single player drafted in the first round, many of the names are synonymous with the NFL. Teams overlooking future stars isn’t a new trend. In reality, many of the greatest players of all time were never expected to be more than a name on a roster. Look at Joe Montana, who was drafted in the third round of the 1979 NFL Draft before becoming a four-time Super Bowl Champion. Or, perhaps look back further to a player like Johnny Unitas, who was drafted in the ninth round before eventually headlining the NFL Hall of Fame. Of course, the most successful draft steal ever is also the most successful football player of all time: Tom Brady. The seven-time Super Bowl champion was drafted in the sixth round with the No. 199 overall pick. Brady is seemingly thankful for what the adversity taught him. I’m no exception.” Exception is an important final disclaimer for this list. Not only did the players on ESPN’s list have to be drafted outside of the first round, but they “must have been drafted at least 15 spots — roughly half a round — later than [they] should have been, and that’s just the floor for the exercise.” Additionally, ESPN’s Matt Miller and Jordan Reid did not include any players drafted in the 2023 NFL Draft since obviously, they have not had the chance to prove their draft placement wrong. With that said, let’s dive into the 10 names below. ESPN’s 10 biggest draft steals of the past decade Travis Kelce, TE — Drafted No. 63 in 2013 (Kansas City Chiefs) Tyreek Hill, WR — Drafted No. 165 in 2016 (Kansas City Chiefs) Davante Adams, WR — Drafted No. 53 in 2014 (Green Bay Packers) Cooper Kupp, WR — Drafted No. 69 in 2017 (Los Angeles Rams) Derrick Henry, RB — Drafted No. 45 in 2016 (Tennessee Titans) Dak Prescott, QB — Drafted No. 135 in 2016 (Dallas Cowboys) Stefon Diggs, WR — Drafted No. 146 in 2015 (Minesota Vikings) George Kittle, TE — Drafted No. 146 in 2017 (San Francisco 49ers) Fred Warner, LB — Drafted No. 70 in 2018 (San Francisco 49ers) Jalen Hurts, QB — Drafted No. 53 in 2020 (Philadelphia Eagles)
  14. I know that but this does tell it was not because he lacked in trying long passes.
  15. Here you can see he led with 20 plus yard (73) and 40 plus yard passes (13) last season too. https://www.nfl.com/stats/player-stats/category/passing/2022/REG/all/passing20plusyardseach/DESC
  16. They go 2 high and stop the deep threat so Mahones adjusted his game and the game plan. This has helped him so much in not going for thr long ball all the time and able to take what they give. I could give two shits if it is a 2 yard or 90 yard td.
  17. Year is good imo. Let him and Gay battle it out and see who deserves the extension. Hell if one plays poorly might be able to resign him then at a lower deal and keep it together.
