Looks to me like Moore and Rice may very well develop into a solid #1 and #2 to go with Kelce, and they are VERY YOUNG. I don't think it was dumb at all. From a cap standpoint, there is no question at all.

Both of the above are true. We have to face it. The teams have a cap because a less competitive league will not interest the fans and will lose money comparatively.. My feeling is that, as long as we have Mahomes, we will be an offensive team. A middle of the road defense and a dominant offense must be our operating principle. The organization knows that. We will have to give up lots of excellent defensive players, some each year, in order to remain an offensive powerhouse. If we draft smarter than other teams and coach better than other teams, we will get more Lombardis.

That's really amusing about the game last year when Jenkins pulled the guys helmet off and then slapped him instead of hitting him. That's a true insult rather than an attack.
