  1. Watch the backflips at 1:50 of this clip https://www.reuters.com/video/watch/from-backflips-to-pogo-sticks-guinness-r-idOVF3ZT5RB?chan=4ywvfzus
  2. It was intentionally outlandish. It was meant to be funny and sarcastic towards those who criticize the Badger. That's how I read it.
  3. I am sure you are absolutely sane and in full command of your faculties. But sometimes you make it difficult to be certain, and this is one of those times.
  4. Already there are some sports writers saying the Chiefs have one of the top O-lines. It doesn't take many games to change their minds but we have to admit, Veach did a hell of a job re-building it.
  5. I think it's because they were behind and didn't want us to run and use up the clock. They have a bad run defense.
  6. I've been waiting for Mahomes to incorporate throws to running backs. Why has it not happened until now? That was magic in 2018 with Kareem Hunt. CEH was drafted in the first round because of that ability. Williams has always had it. Mahomes' struggles would have ended earlier had that happened earlier. Here is hoping it is a key for the remainder of the season.
  7. Absolutely. He did a great job, and even turned his head to see where the ball was while he was doing it. I was impressed.
  8. There were very bright spots. Sneed, Townsend, Butker, the pass rush, ball security, tackling, decreased penalties. I think the problem with the stuffed runs has more to do with the size, speed, and skill of the Packers' D line and linebackers. The Packers D made one great play after another. They deserve a ton of respect. A lot of the problem with our offense seems to me to be continued slightly decreased accuracy and timing by Mahomes. The fact is that Kelce and others are not getting the ball exactly within a few inches of their sweet spot for catching on the run like they are used to from Mahomes. He must be just in a slight slump. It is hard to imagine that his loss of magical powers is anything long lasting. It seems we are all avoiding that uncomfortable and disturbing truth right now. We are a tean built on having a QB with amazing powers. I am wonder why Mahomes didn't scramble for a couple of third and short plays in that game. I wondered that the whole game. He didn't run once. I don't think that is bad playcalling by the coaches. I think he is really a bit off this season in his reaction time and speed of mental processing, reading progressions, seeing who is open, for when he has a lane for himself on plays when everyone is covered. And again, why are we letting Sorenson play any snaps at all? It should have been 13-0, maybe 13-3. Sorenson just totally missed that tackle. He shouldn't play.
  9. Rogers is a dumb jock. A person who can play football but not much else. He takes chemicals designed to worm horses for a viral infection, is a poor teammate, and lies whenever it is convenient for him. Personally, I would love to see the Broncos take him, let them build a system around him, then watch in puzzlement when he retires with a bundle of their cash, leaving them helpless and hapless. But he handed the Chiefs our victory yesterday, so he is generous sometimes.
  10. That's what they are doing, and its working. That's why I'm posting and not coaching.
  11. Gay and Bolton might make that strategy not so great, in spite of GB's running tandem. Chiefs must merely do to them what other teams have been doing to us. Play two high and rush the crap out of them. Have to bracket Adams. For it to work, we need to take an early lead and force them into passing. Might not work until the second half. Oh, and don't let Sorenson play on any possible passing downs. Preferably not at all.
  12. Yeah, if we hope to get wins against teams with major injuries, what does that say about our chances in the playoffs (if we get there)?
  13. Apparently Rogers took Ivermectin and called it as good as a vaccination. Even though it didn't work, at least now we know he doesn't have anal worms.
  14. Loyalty is a double-edged sword, that's for sure. It's one of the things that make players and coaches love playing for him, but it can be a problem for teams, also. I think we are beginning to see why he was so good in Philly but also why he isn't in Philly anymore. Overall, I'll take it. I like loyalty, unless it is to Spags. Time for Spags to go. Sorenson and Niemann should not be playing, especially on the same downs.
  15. Unfortunately, I saw that. I don't know what the snap count was between him and Thornhill, but I just cannot see why he is being allowed to set foot on the field. What is Spags thinking...if he thinks at all? I, too, really liked Sorenson until this year, because of those big hits he was known for that changed games around the last few years.
  16. Exactly. I think we have lost a couple of games because of him already this season.
  17. It just shows how high round picks at CB (or other positions for that matter) are crapshoots. Our fans have been screaming for a high CB draft pick, but look at what that has gotten other teams. Deandre Baker, Hughes, Now Jackson. We keep shooting craps. Jackson has shown nothing in his three years. I think I will reserve my excitement until I see something on the field, no matter how "athletic" he has been described. I would rather try ourselves and then give up and trade them to another team than be the recipient of another teams disappointment. Disappointment seems to be the nature of our team right now.
  18. Yeah. But he needs to learn how to play coverage, if he is fast enough.
