  1. Perhaps! Lets face it. You dont replace your stars production with bench guys. You get a big drop off. That goes for several Star Chief players. Why worry about it? Im sure Veach and Reid will replace any bench player if they feel another guy is available that brings more to the game and is a team guy. Lets not forget the CAP issues.
  2. I think Thuney would move over if its a serious injury missing several games. DWBH
  3. Kansas City Chiefs safety Tyrann Mathieu has been placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, according to the NFL’s official transaction report. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero noted that the safety tested positive. Let’s review the rules on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, per NFL.com: 10-day isolation won’t be necessary, as Mathieu is fully vaccinated, according to friend-of-the-site Sam McDowell of The Kansas City Star.
  4. I agree. I think KC will win 4 or 5 of those games. I predict 12-5. Not sure the Raiders are better? Chucky is out of touch. I just dont see the schedule as brutal.
  5. Something for nothing? That was Bill the Bore making that pick up. He is a good talent evaluator. I think he thinks it is something.
  6. Chargers look like a mess. They kept a second year QB on the sidelines during the exhibition games. New coaches and your QB sits? I expect them to start slow as a result.
  7. Lots of good points. I hope KC is done with stupid trick plays that PUNK the competition. Keep that arrogance off the field. Step on the gas and blow some teams out.
  8. HMM. I dont see the schedule as BRUTAl. A few easy games and playing the NFC division full of losers. AFC West is not the toughest division. So thats 6 of the games.
  9. https://arrowheadaddict.com/2021/09/01/tyrann-mathieu-placed-kc-chiefs-reserve-covid-list/ #Chiefs safety Tyrann Mathieu tested positive and is going on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, per the transaction wire. 1:46 PM · Sep 1, 2021
  10. Surprised the CHiefs did not see that based on their EYE TESTS. LOL
  11. Matt Derrick @mattderrick The release of WR Marcus Kemp is a procedural move, a source tells me. As a vested veteran, WR Kemp becomes a free agent and doesn't go through waivers. The club can re-sign him after placing an injured player on IR, likely an offensive lineman. 1:26 PM · Aug 31, 2021 Just like that, we find out Kemp is back which alleviates some concerns. Austin Blythe seems a likely candidate to hit injured reserve given that Derrick hints toward it in his post and he’s already missed recent practices after undergoing a sports hernia surgery.
  12. KEKE COUTEEWR, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT Texans waived WR Keke Coutee. With one of the NFL's worst receiver groups, the Texans curiously parted ways with Coutee, an electric slot wideout when healthy. Coutee averaged 72 receiving yards per game over Houston's final five games with Will Fuller on suspension. He ended the season with a 90-yard performance against the Titans. Coutee seemed like a lock to make the team's 53-man roster after Houston parted with slot WR Randall Cobb last month. He's going to be hotly pursued by other, more competent NFL teams.
  13. JOHN BROWNWR, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT Raiders released WR John Brown. Brown supposedly "requested" his release, but this move had been telegraphed for several days now. It did not seem implausible that Brown would emerge as the Raiders' de facto No. 1 receiver upon his signing in March, but instead coach Jon Gruden seemed to think Brown didn't have any legs left. He will undoubtedly get another opportunity elsewhere as a field stretcher. Has had some excellent seasons. Worth a look?
  14. I agree. But it could matter if he gets picked up.
  15. So usually I think several KC guys are so good other teams will claim them. Has not usually worked out that way. Will be interesting to see?
  16. KC cut Powell. Im surprised about Ward.
  17. Yes I knew that. The point is Henne could be on the street and come in for a few games if Mahomes is hurt. His value as a veteran voice is ZERO. Why would a guy that is 38-9 listen to a career back up? Im hoping Beuchelle goes to the PS. Could have saved , I think, 4 million cutting Henne
  18. Yet in 2019 KC picked this guy up off the street and won games. Vet presence at this point is overrated. I think Mahomes has it. Matt Moore Matthew Erickson Moore Position: QB Throws: Right 6-3, 219lb (190cm, 99kg)
