    I must admit. The Raiders offense is almost as good as KC. So most defenses will struggle against them.

    Sammy Watkins (calf, hamstring) practiced in full Wednesday. Watkins has been out since Week 5 with various nicks and dings. He's looking to make it back this week against the Bucs. Watkins' return would be fantasy hits to Mecole Hardman and Demarcus Robinson behind Tyreek Hill.

    I also would not call these guys all hits. Especially the top 1-3rd round picks. For Rounds 1-3 is contributor the Bar? Saunders has barely contributed. I also did state Veach drafts. Just overall KC has missed more than succeeded in the early rounds.

    Thats not my point. The discussion was what is the problem with the dline. I agree nothing is a big problem for this 18-1 team. Still that does not dismiss the fact that the draft has been a few hits on D but mostly misses. Free agency has helped the D compete.

    The real problem is KC has missed on too many defensive picks. One or two more starters changes everything.

    Yes thats true but certainly nobody on this board is more qualified to make those decisions than the coaches. Discussion? Sure. Reality? Not so much.

    My thoughts. Spags and Reid see these guys every day and extensive tape. If the back ups were better they would be playing more.

    The Chiefs have been just good enough in most games. No doubt any team, except Denver, could beat KC down the stretch.

    AFC WEST is no longer a gimmie. Raiders have arrived and the Chargers have a fantastic young QB.

    I think the Raiders have a better overall roster than KC, Without Mahomes KC is an average team. Sure would like that 1st round pick spent on D.

    THey Won and thats all that matters. SF oline struggled too. Thats why its called the SB. The teams are super.

    I hope he does not come back. Hill & Hardman & Kelce & CEH are enough. Pick up a free agent cheap vet. Give the other guys like Kemp a chance. I thought our MVP QB was suppose to make guys better? He does. So please KC do not use any picks 1-4th round on offense skill players.
