  1. Chiefs Offense is over confident. Easy to understand but this is what you get. I love Mahomes looking for the big play and sometimes it sucks.
  2. Panthers D against the run has not been good. KC 4-11 first half.
  3. Well that sucked. Why not go for it on 4th down? Field goals?
  4. Actually if they win they are still in the hunt. So this is do or die for them.
  5. This is perfect. We get to see Patrick on display vs Reid messing round. Love Shoot Outs!
  6. So if KC guy makes a play on offense its because they are great. When the other team makes a play its because the KC D Guy sucked? Got to give the other team credit. Great drive and good execution. Those guys are pros too.
  7. Switch because the oline is not that good and its not necessarily a switch. Could be excellent depth. Proven superbowl guy. Knows the system.
  8. From The Panthers Site: Sorensen has been a key component for the Chiefs in a rotational role. He anticipates quickly which is a trait almost essential for any successful player at the position. But he’s also demonstrated a real nous to be around the ball that has only heightened his overall influence. The former BYU standout has amassed 47 combined tackles, 37 solo tackles, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hits, two interceptions, and one forced fumble this season. This has resulted in a creditable 59.0 grade from Pro Football Focus and providing he continues this trend going forward, it might result in a permanent place in the starting lineup.
  9. STEFEN WISNIEWSKIC, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT Steelers released G/C Stefen Wisniewski. Wisniewski just came off injured reserve after dealing with a pectoral injury. The Steelers evidently decided they didn't need his depth. 31-year-old Stefen Wisniewski was an every-week starter for the Chiefs last season. He should quickly become a fixture on the workout circuit, though perhaps his age and injury-marred 2020 will work against him in that regard. RELATED: Pittsburgh Steelers
  10. CHRIS JONESDL, KANSAS CITY CHIEFS Chiefs DT Chris Jones (reserve/COVID-19) returned to practice. It means Jones cleared protocols after having close contact with a Chiefs staffer who tested positive. Jones should play in Sunday's game with the Panthers.
  12. Coming off that hamstring injury and a bye the next week. Made sense to give him the extra rest. Jones was limited in practice today.
  13. CHRIS JONESDL, KANSAS CITY CHIEFS Chiefs placed DT Chris Jones on the reserve/COVID-19 list. This is a big one. It is unknown if Jones is COVID positive or is being shut down after a high-risk contact, but either way, he is probably out for Sunday's game against the Panthers. If Jones is not positive, he could still suit up Sunday depending when his last negative test was. If Jones himself is positive, then the Chiefs could end up missing a host of other defensive linemen for Week 9 since they will have been in the closest contact with Jones. If there is good news, it's that the Chiefs are on bye in Week 10, so it is possible Jones ends up missing only one game. Stay tuned.
  14. I think Schwartz and Watkins will miss this week with the bye coming up. Make sure those two are 100% for the stretch drive.
  15. This game will be close. Panthers are still in it and need a win to stay alive. This is a good team that has some tough loses vs lucky wins. No reason to think KC dominates.
  16. KC should deal a back up QB to Dallas and Townsend can be the #3.
  17. Isnt it awesome to be able to take the playoffs as a given? Yes!
  18. Except it was not a blowout at the time and what was so secret about it.?
  19. Upgrade? Guy has been torched often this year.
  20. Its another example of stuff that does not matter. Do you knock Mahomes out because Andy played conservative with a lead, or brought in the second team, or chose to work on something to see if it can be used in the playoffs. Also, the playoffs should be considered too. MVP should be winning big games not just stats. Look at Lamar, dont call me clutch, Jackson. Guy is a choker with an MVP. Now Superbowl MVP means something.
  21. What I love about Patrick is I dont think he cares about any of this. Guy is about WINS!
