470 yards of offense so far
-
Tom Krasovic @SDUTKrasovic
Some fatigue evident in Chiefs D. Herbert-led O has run 67 plays.
-
No worries. 7 teams get in and KC is a lock for wild card Ha Ha Ha
-
Chiefs need Pick 6 Rivers back at the helm.
-
I had a feeling Reid was going to play with his new RB toy and mess up what was already working.
-
Chiefs only gave up 300 yards of offense in the first half to a team that barely beat Cinn. So it was bad all the way around. Players spending too much time thinking they are the best.
-
These stats mean nothing. Its just for fantasy nerds.
-
Agree and they did not have preseason to see if the current guys were who they appeared to be in practice. I think they got a good look at reality and maybe Gay gets his shot against the Chargeless
-
I LOVE BEING WRONG> OLINE LOOKED VERY GOOD LAST NIGHT!
-
There is no way you can offend me. Its just my take.
-
Very harsh assessment. You know those linebackers were good enough to win a SUPERBOWL. You cant have superstars at every position. So they do have some instincts, can cover reasonably well and must be filling some gaps. The Texans are pros too. GEEZ
-
Watch it. Someone may get the idea and some dumb ass politician force a Chiefs team sale? Ha Ha Ha
-
Should Ceasars Palace be allowed? Seems that guy was not so nice?
-
11-5 Every game is so based on injuries and the bounce of the ball. Now with Covid in the mix and less fans in the stands who knows? Things broke Chiefs way last season. Example Miami beat NE. This year may go the other way.
Regardless. It is awesome to have the, Chiefs Choke in the Playoffs, Monkey off our backs. Finally. Will enjoy this awesome team win or lose.

It will be awesome IF the OLINE is ready. I dont see that so maybe CEH is an effective dump off. Chiefs oline and run blocking is a big ?
-
Im not convinced the oline will get it done. Run blocking was not real good last year and even with Clyde you still need holes to run through. This means Pat will be passing like never before, if he gets the protection he needs. I think Clyde will be more a receiving threat than running. Andy does not run up scores which will hold back Pays #s.. He just too nice. If the defense is playing decent, middle of the pack, then Pats #s will be lower as Reid can count on some stops. So Im thinking 4200 yards and 45 tds. Doubt KC gets a lot of rushing tds. Yes I love being WRONG
-
I dont prefer this as one thread. Its not like the board is flooded with input. This guy is worth picking up unless his injury is serious.
TODD DAVISLB, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT
Broncos released ILB Todd Davis.
Davis started 59 games for Denver over the last four seasons but was entering the final year of his contract and suffered a calf injury during camp. His release saves the Broncos $4.5 million against the cap. Davis was Pro Football Focus' No. 20 off-ball linebacker out of 57 qualifiers who played at least 50% of the snaps last season, seeing positive marks for his run defense. The 28-year-old should get another chance elsewhere. This was probably more about money. Denver has Mark Barron, Alexander Johnson, Joe Jones, and newly-acquired Austin Calitro as options at the position.
-
Agree but Im not sure the oline is better? The run blocking was awful last year and the #1 pick does not change that. I hope you are correct!
-
Except he did beat KC last regular season. Playoff: Chiefs scored on 8 consecutive drives and it would have been more if not for drops. Dont see how Texans get mush better results. KC in a shoot out.
-
OK its one week till game one. I see a high scoring game with KC winning 48-44. Chiefs D struggles a bit with some key guys out. Houston scores late but was not really in the game. Mahommes 3 tds and 340 yards. Running game ineffective due to oline not in sync. Your predictions? .
-
Its a great time to be a Chiefs fan.
