  1. This year Titans Are not a good team. Chiefs have no excuse for playing this poor after a bye. Need to get rolling.
  2. Chiefs oline is over rated 5 quarterback hits, 2.0 sacks on Patrick Mahomes without a blitz
  3. Tony Dungy Picked Tenn. Said they will win it in the trenches. So far he is correct.
  4. QB Ryan Tannehill is INACTIVE tonight for the #Titans. QBs Malik Willis and Logan Woodside active for the @Titans vs @Chiefs .
  5. QB Ryan Tannehill is INACTIVE tonight for the #Titans. QBs Malik Willis and Logan Woodside active for the @Titans vs @Chiefs .

  7. I think the Ravens can win out, Easiest schedule you could ever create. Jackson is a choke in the big games but check out who they play. They could be the one seed. Of course will lose the first playoff game.
  8. Would be interesting but I dont think so. KC has few false starts because Reid is all over that. This guy does not know this offense and Pat changing plays etc. There is really no reason to put him in that much unless injuries occur. Maybe if KC is up 3 scores late in the 4th. Special teams yes.
  9. Agree: He will stay low on the depth chart unless someone gets injured. His role will be special teams for at least the next several weeks.
  10. Lonnie Johnson, yes that guy, will be covering Kelce. LOL Terrance Mitchell, yes that guy, is starting at corner. LOL Mahomes now gets the ball out so much quicker that he will choose the short pass immediately if that is what is open. Rush all you want. Wont matter.
  11. Past yes. Current not so much. Buffalo torched them and KC will too. Buff & Kc are very similar on offense and defense.
  12. Tenn played nobody. KC has played a tough schedule. Those stats dont match up at all. Kc should score as usual. At least 30 points. Tenn will play from behind. Poor passing game even with Tannehill. Chiefs 30 Tenn 16
  13. How Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes have evolved in 2022: Tyreek Hill's gone, but K.C.'s new-look offense is thriving https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/how-chiefs-patrick-mahomes-have-evolved-in-2022-tyreek-hill-s-gone-but-k-c-s-new-look-offense-is-thriving/ar-AA13Kd0f?cvid=64f3ad672ff7413c8e343b01dabd1cf8 Mahomes is getting the ball out faster, throwing it to targets closer to the line of scrimmage, and not utilizing play-action as often. None of those things are necessarily supposed to lead to more efficient quarterback play (especially when opposing defenses are daring your receivers to beat them by playing more man coverage, whereas last year they were determined not to let any receiver beat them and played a metric ton of zone), but that's exactly what's happened with Mahomes. Year EPA/DB Time2Throw % < 2.5 Sec Play-Action % AirYds/Att Deep % Man % Zone % 2018 0.33 2.84 41.9% 29.0% 9.06 15.2% 27.0% 61.1% 2019 0.25 2.84 44.2% 30.7% 8.83 14.2% 40.8% 52.8% 2020 0.22 2.93 41.3% 30.0% 8.34 12.1% 30.7% 62.2% 2021 0.18 2.86 44.2% 26.7% 7.34 11.6% 25.0% 66.5% 2022 0.35 2.77 46.4% 20.9% 7.10 8.4% 40.2% 52.7% This can be most obviously seen in Mahomes' numbers on intermediate throws. On passes that traveled between 5 and 15 yards in the air last season, Mahomes ranked 25th out of 31 qualifiers in EPA per dropback, according to Tru Media. He completed them at a 61.9% clip and averaged 7.2 yards per attempt on those throws. This season, he is completing the same throws 67% of the time, averaging 9.6 yards per attempt, and leads the NFL in EPA per dropback on those plays.
  14. On Friday, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid took the podium and provided some updates on the team's injury outlook heading into Sunday's game. He started by ruling out Fortson, but he added that new wide receiver acquisition Kadarius Toney (not on the injury report) would likely be good to go.
  15. On Thursday, the Kansas City Chiefs released a recently-signed wide receiver and signed a defensive back to their practice squad. Gone is Dazz Newsome — who had been signed earlier this week — and joining the team is safety Ugochukwu (Ugo) Amadi. Amadi appeared in just two Titans games this season. The team waived him on Monday. Kansas City may have signed him in order to learn what they could about Tennessee before Sunday’s game against them. But Amadi also has enough experience that getting information about an upcoming opponent might have simply been a bonus. Kansas City currently has a full complement of 53 players on the active roster and 16 on the practice squad. We estimate that the team has $4.0 million in cap space.
  16. Titans coach Mike Vrabel said that Ryan Tannehill (ankle) is questionable and will be a game-time decision for Week 9 against the Chiefs. Tannehill got back on the practice field today, enough to be called limited, but it sure didn't seem like he was as involved in the practice as he could have been. He did not participate in the stretch and came on to the field late. It will be a pain-tolerance issue for Week 9, but getting out on the practice field in any capacity gives him more of a chance than he had in Week 8. We'd consider Tannehill truly questionabl
  17. Yes. These guys have given up more points than they have scored against a weak schedule. Prediction: I think they come out passing if Tannehill starts. They try using the pass to later set up the run.
  18. That was when PM was in a slump and the offense was offensive. Tenn has played nobody so. Kc has played a tuff schedule.
