  1. Its scary. I have the same hairline and body type. OMG
  2. My Reality Check. Most if not all of my predictions are usually way off and WRONGO. Glad I dont gamble. So I think I may actually may be related to George Castanza. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
  3. Do you think Brown would move to RT without pouting etc? Not much of a team first guy.
  4. Kelce should be paid like a top wide receiver. His numbers are so amazing. Glad he is ok with being undervalued due to his " POSITION ". Orlando Brown is the exact opposite in attitude and in reality talent at LT.
  5. https://arrowheadaddict.com/2022/10/19/travis-kelce-hopes-chiefs-trade-odell-beckham-jr/ Travis Kelce spoke about his recent contract restructure from the Chiefs on his podcast, New Heights, and wished for Odell Beckham Jr. If you were among those wondering whether or not the announced restructure of Travis Kelce’s contract was a precursor to a forthcoming roster move, you’re not alone. Kelce says he’s also watching and waiting, hoping for a move by general manager Brett Veach to help the Kansas City Chiefs with his newfound cap space. Travis: I want them to come true. I haven’t heard anything. I have not heard anything in the locker room or anything around the facility. But something is in the air for sure, and if it means OBJ, all right. So there it is. Kelce would love to see a move and he has a specific one in mind. At the same time, no one is sure what’s going on unless Travis is just toying with listeners somehow. At the very least, it makes things a lot more interesting knowing one of the Chiefs own stars would love to see another weapon added.
  6. https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2022/10/19/23410651/chiefs-panthers-trade-brian-burns-5-reasons-why 5 reasons why the Chiefs should trade for the Panthers’ Brian Burns With a potential fire sale underway in Carolina, Kansas City has an opportunity add an elite pass rusher. The Panthers’ Brian Burns is now in his fourth year after being drafted 16th overall out of Florida State in 2019. He’s collected 29.5 sacks and six forced fumbles in his career and was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2021. Burns has elite speed coming off the edge — and despite being the only real threat to sack the quarterback on Carolina’s defensive line, he’s been successful. The NFL trade deadline is Tuesday, November 1. The Chiefs have an opportunity to improve a valuable position over the long term. Speculation about a potential trade for Burns became even stronger on Tuesday when we learned that Kansas City had cleared up some cap space. Let’s consider five reasons why the Chiefs should trade for Burns. 1. Immediate Impact http:// https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2022/10/19/23410651/chiefs-panthers-trade-brian-burns-5-reasons-why The bottom line If Kansas City is willing to part ways with some of their many 2023 draft picks, the team could land Burns. With linebacker Willie Gay Jr. returning from suspension and cornerback Trent McDuffie coming back from injury, adding Burns could make the Chiefs one of the league’s most-improved defenses at midseason — one that could hold down Josh Allen in the playoffs.
  7. Agree: The defense has kept KC in all games. Yes it has issues but that was expected. Its the offense that is not performing in the clutch for two games. Fixable? Yes. So any player KC can ad with a low round pick to me is a good move. Offense or defense.
  8. The PS isd also the scout team. You need bodies at specific positions to execute.
  9. If KC signs OBJ I think it does not make a huge difference. Will it help? Yes but not a BIG GAME CHANGER. Why? Even with Hill KC still did not run the ball and had no pass rush. Result? Lose THE BIG GAMES. KC was a bit lucky to beat Buff in that playoff game and lost in the AFC Champ game. Why? Did not run the ball and did not coral Burrow. Burrow was sacked 9 times the game before. So OBJ does not get KC over that hump. Chiefs and any other decent team, see Cinn , can get hot and win it all. Tampa the year before.
  10. Odell Beckham Jr. Signing With Bills, Promises Von Miller: 'He's Coming to' Buffalo https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/odell-beckham-jr-signing-with-bills-promises-von-miller-he-s-coming-to-buffalo/ar-AA136Qpx?cvid=29b32e8e65324e60ae2cf09e4f7e5368 Von is doubling down. “He’s coming here, man,” Von Miller said again on Sunday, speaking of his buddy Odell Beckham Jr. “He’s coming to the Bills.” Miller's most recent statement, this time uttered via USAToday, is not "new.'' But it should deliver "renewed'' optimism about the recruiter Miller bringing his Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl teammate to town, especially in light of OBJ's recent remarks indicating unhappiness with the Rams' inaction as it relates to a contract offer.
  11. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/chiefs-just-made-an-under-the-radar-move-to-get-odell-beckham-jr/ar-AA136CiV?cvid=820f92ab7cdc4430b8e80e67abd29e78 Chiefs Just Made an Under-the-Radar Move to Get Odell Beckham Jr. NFL teams tweak players’ contracts all the time to move money around and free up salary cap space. Usually, it’s not big news. However, ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs Week 7 game against the San Francisco 49ers, the Chiefs restricted superstar tight end Travis Kelce’s deal to free up $3.455 million in cap space. That’s not all that much money in the grand scheme of things, but it is enough to get Odell Beckham Jr. to Arrowhead. Is the Travis Kelce contract restructuring for OBJ? Odell Beckham Jr., a three-time Pro Bowler and Super Bowl champion wide receiver, hasn’t played in the NFL since his knee injury in last season’s Big Game on February 13, 2002. As the 2022 NFL season unfolds and Beckham’s return nears, the WR is the premier free agent available on the market and could help nearly any team in the league. There has already been plenty of rumored interest from Super Bowl contenders and premier franchises like the Los Angeles Rams, Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers, and the Chiefs. Why the Chiefs need Odell Beckham Jr. The Chiefs Week 6 loss at home to the Bills was a big deal. It gives Buffalo a leg up in the race for AFC home-field advantage, but more importantly, it showed some of the flaws on Kansas City’s roster. Most glaringly, without Tyreek Hill, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs don’t have the reliability and firepower at the WR position they’ve had in the past.In Week 6, Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis combined for 13 catches, 222 yards, and two touchdowns. On the Chiefs side, JuJu Smith-Schuster has an excellent game with five receptions for 113 yards and a TD. However, the rest of Mahomes’ WR group — Mecole Hardman, Skyy Moore, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and Justin Watson — combined for four catches and 66 yards. Odell Beckham Jr. doesn’t have the field-stretching speed that Hill did. But he is one of the most complete receivers in the NFL when healthy. He can line up inside or outside and run underneath routes or take the top off a defense going deep. OBJ is also particularly adept in the red zone. He has 56 career touchdowns and put up five in the regular season and two in the playoffs in half a season with the Rams. Beckham would quickly become Mahomes’ 1A or 1B target alongside Smith-Shuster and let all those other WRs, who’ve been quiet, operate in more space. Just like last season with the Rams, a midseason OBJ acquisition could lead to a Super Bowl, and the Chiefs just took the first step toward that by freeing up that Travis Kelce money.
  12. I did not say get rid of him. Read the post. Its in those situations he is letting his ego get in the way. AFC Championship game when KC failed to put points on the board before the half. It happens often. I call that choking. Second half of that playoff game. How many points? Not enough for sure. Choked.
  13. Good points. I dont think Andy Reid is ever going to commit to running the ball. He is not going to do it.
  14. Chiefs need a different oline coach. Too much talent for these average at best results.
  15. The problem stems from the Chiefs leaning on the run scheme they’ve always leaned on: zone runs from shotgun. Running from this alignment — especially when it’s a stretch run towards the sideline — does not play into the strengths of the running back room. This group wants to get downhill, but it’s harder to do on these horizontal runs. The offensive line wants to get downhill too, and that’s not what is asked of them on these run actions. They can’t create penetration of the defensive line when they’re moving sideways. When defending a lead or tied in the fourth quarter, the runs need to do more than just kill time between pass plays; they need to move the chains for the offense. Whether on first down or a short-yardage scenario, a run from under center gives the back the best chance to maximize the blocking — especially when the defense is more inclined to expect a run.
  16. Its not just the 4th quarter. Andy screws up the last 2 minutes of the half constantly. Does not play situational football. Someone posted they think Mahomes gives Andy more room to gamble cause PM will make it up. Yes that does happen and then there are time like Sunday when PM could not fix his brain fart and it gave Buff a shot at 7 extra points.
  17. Andy Reid is the problem. He is choking. Cant get his ego out of the way.
  18. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is only completing 56% of his fourth-quarter passes, the worst mark of any specific quarter. He has thrown three interceptions in that period — more than he’s thrown in each of the last two seasons (2). His fourth-quarter passer rating is 54.9; the lowest of the other quarters is 106.2. So why has the offense come up short when it has mattered most this season? I wanted to take a closer look: Low-impact run game In the win over the Chargers, the game-deciding field goal drive began with a 52-yard carry by running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire. The beautifully-blocked, under-center run play was the only explosive rush the Chiefs have had in the fourth quarter this season. Outside of that run, Chiefs running backs have totaled 25 yards on 15 attempts in a tightly-contested fourth quarter. https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2022/10/18/23410368/film-review-fourth-quarter-failures-have-become-theme-of-chiefs-offense
  19. I would like to see KC find a veteran CB on the cheap. A good veteran rotational guy for depth. Too many rookies to depend on.
  20. Seattle Seahawks cornerback Sidney Jones IV is moving up the list largely because he doesn't seem to have a role in Seattle. While Jones dealt with a concussion early in the season, he's been a healthy scratch in two of the past three weeks. If Seattle isn't going to utilize Jones, another team could. Jones was an 11-game starter last season and allowed an opposing passer rating of only 84.3 in coverage. He's playing on a reasonable one-year, $3.6 million deal that should be easy enough for Seattle to move. Good cornerbacks at fair price points typically aren't easy to find at the trade deadline.
  21. The Pittsburgh Steelers added defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi late in the offseason as a one-year rental. Unfortunately, the year isn't going as they might have hoped. At 1-4 and with a tough stretch looming—the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Miami Dolphins and Philadelphia Eagles are up next—Pittsburgh could easily be 1-7 at the trade deadline. If so, impending free agents like Ogunjobi could become prime trade bait. Ogunjobi was a star for the Cincinnati Bengals a year ago, finishing with 49 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and a career-high seven sacks. With a base salary of only $1.5 million, his contract shouldn't be difficult to move. Not an end but could be another piece to move around.
  22. The 26-year-old running back only played 10 games between the 2020 and 2021 seasons due to a litany of injuries. McCaffrey’s current rushing and receiving yards per game still fall short of his electric production during the 2018 and 2019 seasons. A subpar offensive line and struggling quarterbacks could rightfully be to blame. But, the Panthers’ asking price could very well be reflective of what McCaffrey did three years ago, not what he is doing now. NFL analyst Maurice Jones-Drew has already named Kansas City as a possible destination for McCaffrey. Jones-Drew said “McCaffrey could be the truly explosive element the attack has been missing,” despite solid production from current Chiefs running backs. If the asking price is very low, then the Chiefs should be in. If the Chiefs want more production from their running backs, they need to look at the scheme, not the individual players. McCaffrey is in the first year of a four-year, $64.1 million extension that he signed in 2020, but he has a base salary of just $1 million this season. This means a contender like Buffalo could add McCaffrey, possibly as a one-year rental. Next season, he will have only $1 million guaranteed for injury.
