  1. We are not the stillers. We'll be fine. Brownies are not built to keep up with us they're built to try and get a lead and stomp on it. Typical AFC north style. They're 25th in defensive DVOA. they can't hang.
  2. He's not an edge he's an off ball linebacker. 260 pounds but moves like a 230 pound guy. It's crazy. Does everything well. Great in coverage, plays both man and zone, great COD and explosion. He's a good blitzer as well so maybe thats why some online guys have him at edge but you'd be wasting his potential doing that. A guy like that would let us play our base D much more often and really help in nickel. Can play Will or Sam. Great leader on that D. Kid will not drop to us though unless he tests like shit or gets injured.
  3. Congrats on the win brah. That LJ run down the middle was sick. Stillers looking lost though so he may be half right.
  4. No but nobody is except maybe peak A-A-Ron. He's still a top 5 QB. That's hard to come by.
  5. Shit if Collins drops i'll do the happy dance, but frankly his positional importance is about the same as IOL.
  6. Yeah that kid had a hell of a game. Found out Friday he'd be starting after 2 years out of the league. Just wow.
  7. It depends on how the draft falls as always. There are a couple interior oline worth a day 1 pick. Couple in round 2. Those guys could always go quick and we can't be reaching for guys based on need too much. I would think there will be FA options as well. Perhaps a stopgap guy like Jason Kelce if the Iggles cut him for the cap next year.

  10. Just think of it this way. Alex helped Andy turn the culture around for a drifting franchise that had hit really dark times. And he kept Patrick's seat warm AND taught him how to really study and dissect defenses, how to pick his spots and when to play it safe, and how to conduct himself off the field. Basically helped him become the best version of the QB he could be. That was worth a few years of frustrating QB play, especially when we already got mostly nothing but that for most of the last 50 years. A least the Alex years came with a side of winning*. *statement invalid for playoff wins
  11. I agree. No shittin' up the place on your way out!
  12. We'll see. Cornerback is by far the most volatile position group as far as performance year over year. Receivers are too good, play callers are getting more creative, and the rules work against them. If he does it again next year he'll be beating the odds and we may have something special. There's really only a few guys in the league that don't have high variance in performance.
  13. Well if you tell him you want his input and then don't give him input that's bad leadership. I assume you didn't hear the part where they asked for his input first.
  14. I will say this, if Bills lose, Indy has the DLine to give us some fits.
  15. That's rough. Beasley is how they combat zone D.
  16. If he ends up not having Diggs or Beasley, or both, that's a different team. Who knows. But full strength, yeah.
  17. Everybody got one last year, including PS and guys who were only with the team a short while. Course that could have just been because it had been 50 billion years since we won.
  18. I read he wasn't mad at who they hired but he had a few guys he wanted them to at least talk to and they didn't. You'd think you could have at least talked to the guys, it’s just a zoom call.
  19. Diggs and Beasley both questionable for the wild card game. Buffalo could be without their top 2 receivers. That's a killer. We could see bad Josh Allen show up.
  20. He usually doesn't make the playoffs so that's true.
  21. BTW I am not saying i trust Josh Allen. I don't know yet. However I do know phillip sucks balls.
