You can't pay everyone at every position y'all. Andy devalues interior line play, schemes around the problems that creates, and frees that money up to spend elsewhere. Seems a reasonable strategy as I can't remember a team that won a superbowl on the strength of their interior offensive line.

well that D plan works on every great qb. It beat Brady twice in the superbowl and worked vs manning as well. The key to beating it is your tackles have to hold up and ours have not so far. Not really worried about the run game. Fix the passing offense protection and none of the rest matters. Our tackles are getting beat by mediocre pass rushers right now.

I would take the younger qb over both those jobs. Remember in the space of a few years most new GMs turn over most of the roster anyway. You've got 8 picks next year and you have a full compliment starting the year after. Atlanta and Detroit rosters aren't in any better shape and their QBs are 35 and 32, respectively. Of course, over all those id rather have a team with a good qb on a rookie contract or whichever job gets the Trevor Lawrence pick and hope it was an NFC team

yeah I was disappointed in that too. He needs a lot of work on his technique. Lot of natural talent but not much technique in college. Hopefully he's putting in the work this year.
