  1. I mean you're not wrong. I'd say Hall of Great or at least Hall of Really Really Good, but yeah. Think that ship sailed a long time ago though. They been letting in questionable players for a long time. JC is absolutely 💯 a HOF player though. His advanced metrics are through the roof. Unfortunately RBs are usually just judged on total career yards and postseason success. However Terrell Davis is in and JC was the better player. Ultimately I think the lack of playoff games keeps him out. While that may be a Chiefs problem and not a JC problem I think they hold it against him.
  2. Here's one from the interwebs to kick you off. https://nfldraftdiamonds.com/2023/08/chiefs-20/ Patrick Mahomes, QB (2017-Present): People may say it is premature, but I am sorry he is a beast. He has already won 2 Super Bowls, 2 NFL MVP Awards, 2 Super Bowl MVP’s and 5X Pro Bowler. He has the Chiefs in the race every year. He is the best ever in KC. Len Dawson, QB (1962-1975): Dawson is perhaps one of the most iconic figures in Chiefs history. He led the team to victory in Super Bowl IV and was known for his leadership and accuracy as a quarterback. Derrick Thomas, LB (1989-1999): Thomas was a dominant force on defense, setting the single-game NFL record for sacks with seven. He was a fearsome pass rusher and a nine-time Pro Bowler. Travis Kelce, TE (2013-present): Kelce has become one of the most prolific tight ends in NFL history, known for his receiving ability and versatility. Willie Lanier, LB (1967-1977): Lanier was a key part of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl-winning defense and is considered one of the greatest middle linebackers in NFL history. Tony Gonzalez, TE (1997-2008): Gonzalez is widely regarded as one of the greatest tight ends to ever play the game. He was a reliable target for Chiefs quarterbacks and set numerous records for tight end receptions and yardage. Bobby Bell, LB (1963-1974): Bell was a versatile player who excelled at both linebacker and defensive end. He was a key part of the Chiefs’ defense during their Super Bowl run. Jamaal Charles, RB (2008-2016): Charles was a dynamic running back known for his speed and elusiveness. He holds several franchise records for rushing and was a multiple-time Pro Bowler. Will Shields, OL (1993-2006): Shields was a consistent and dominant offensive lineman throughout his career, earning numerous Pro Bowl selections and helping pave the way for Chiefs running backs. Emmitt Thomas, DB (1966-1978): Thomas was a standout defensive back and is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He was a key contributor to the Chiefs’ Super Bowl success.
  3. @arrowhead's favorite player of all time, DJ, is also eligible.
  4. Can you please point me to the GM with the 100% hit rate so we can ask Clark to hire them.
  5. I mean we literally ran the iggles out of that type of defense in the last game we played but ok.
  6. Risk? It was a certainty for anyone paying attention. We knew it going in and so did veach. You do your time then get in and help. Probably played a part in getting him fairly cheap.
  7. Paying a running back on this team would be the dumbest thing we can do. He's being traded cause he wants the bag. Just say no.
  8. Split and pinned so we can put new episodes here without searching for them
  9. Ross is running with the first team gunners. With our best gunner Nazeeh out I bet they keep 7 and give him a chance to show what he can do. He does have a skillset as a big receiver that we don't really have otherwise. We may have the same problem at tight end as they keep raving about Matt Bushman. He killed it last preseason before the injury. Once Fortson comes back that's probably where your extra spot from FB goes.
  10. Tommy Townsend and Turk Wharton back at practice today. Great news on Wharton, we need him.
